Complicated situation that they tried their best to explain

Was at my house in less than 1 hour after I called for a furnace not igniting. Phil was so nice and polite explained everything he did and fixed the problem. I was very happy with the service

Was able to get us on same day and are typically flexible with scheduling. Fast and thorough service - they stand by their quotes and we’ve used them for plumbing & our furnace/AC - both big (replace) and small (fix/tune up). Every person we’ve worked with or who has visited our home has been friendly and knowledgeable.

Highly recommend this company for all the different type of services they offer. Very professional, prompt and competitive.

I was having trouble with my furnace maintaining constant heat, so I called Southport Phil Lloyd, the technician was amazing. He was extremely thorough and did a great job of explaining what was going on and his resolution without getting too technical

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I contacted Southport because my furnace was blowing cold air.
