Good company with great people. They did a great job of installing our new furnace and Ac and their price was very reasonable

Worker did an ok job . There clean up needs a little work. Left old drain lines on the basement floor- didn't rehang a folding door they removed and left a small mess I had to sweep up.

Had a full AC, Furnace, and Hot Water Heater installed in one day. All the work was done perfectly and in a timely manner. All the installers were helpful, friendly, and hardworking.

Seamless process. Our 28 year old A/C unit made it as long as she could. Southport came in gave us options and installed a new unit the following day.

Every step was very professional, informative, and down to earth. The team was fast and clean. They got me up and running in an extremely timely manner. I highly recommend this company!

Very professional and clean.

We had our air and heat systems replaced in our home with Southport. Their service team, sales team and installation team were on time, let us know along the way how the job was going, placed runners down to reduce any tracking in of dirt, cleaned up behind them and showed us how to use our new systems. Was able to get us on same day and are typically flexible with scheduling. Fast and thorough service - they stand by their quotes and we’ve used them for plumbing & our furnace/AC - both big (replace) and small (fix/tune up). Every person we’ve worked with or who has visited our home has been friendly and knowledgeable.

Southport has been supporting all our mechanical utility systems -- in-floor radiant heating, NTI wall mounted boiler (by SP), new A/C and air handler (by SP), Sump pump, grinder pump and water conditioner (by SP) for years now and I'm very happy with their installations and servicing.

Exceptional service! Tyler and his crew took their time to make sure everything was up and running properly. There was some trouble with our thermostat and Tyler was able to troubleshoot the issue and help us out with a functioning device.
