It started with a great diagnostic service from Buck Bielen, to a complete replacement of our heating and air conditioning systems. Southport showed up ready to support our needs. Questions were answered clearly and honestly, work site was clean, and service was great!

I thought Southport did a fine job installing our heating system. It came with a humidifier that gave them trouble during the install, but it was dealt with. I'm not sure how the work around wiring solution for the humidifier will hold up long term, but I'm mostly satisfied with the install and service provided.… Read full review

Southport was very responsive to my calls was able to get out to me the following day, diagnosed the issue with my unit. Being 26 years old decided to replace gave me choices and was able to finance. Everyone was great!

Rob, Tyler and Mike were great. We had a furnace installed by them today. Very professional, worked solid until completed. Nate set everything up yesterday for the install today. Also, very professional with no push to buy. Pricing was great, and we are so happy to have heat again. Thank you so much.

Employees were courteous and knowledgeable on the total installation. Kept me informed through the whole process.

I was impressed by how detailed these guys were. The took pride in their work. All of these guys worked well together to insure a happy client. Tyler and Rob were very respectful and helpful during the install of our new AC and furnace. Everything was meticulous and clean after they left. Pleased to report the new system is working great.

Very on time. Very efficient. Just didn’t clean up the hole they drilled through the concrete wall. Also dinged up the porch column when removing the old furnace. Other than that, good job.
