Every step was very professional, informative, and down to earth. The team was fast and clean. They got me up and running in an extremely timely manner. I highly recommend this company!

Was able to get us on same day and are typically flexible with scheduling. Fast and thorough service - they stand by their quotes and we’ve used them for plumbing & our furnace/AC - both big (replace) and small (fix/tune up). Every person we’ve worked with or who has visited our home has been friendly and knowledgeable.

Tyler and Mike were extremely professional, competent, and friendly. They showed up on time, got right to work on taking out my old equipment, and installing the new furnace and air conditioner. They were extremely helpful and patient with me on explaining the new thermostat and setting it up on my phone. I can’t… Read full review

Started out with Max the sales guy which was down to earth, no nonsense, and very helpful when explaining everything in laymen’s terms. His boss Nate finished it off with some additional details and off to the races. They sent out 3 guys - Max, Kenny, and Tyler out for a full HVAC replacement. Mine was 45 years… Read full review

I thought Southport did a fine job installing our heating system. It came with a humidifier that gave them trouble during the install, but it was dealt with. I'm not sure how the work around wiring solution for the humidifier will hold up long term, but I'm mostly satisfied with the install and service provided.… Read full review

Very on time. Very efficient. Just didn’t clean up the hole they drilled through the concrete wall. Also dinged up the porch column when removing the old furnace. Other than that, good job.

Both Dakota and Tyler were fantastic. Nate from sales was very kind and professional as well

They did an excellent job if solving the problem
