Caleb was very, lvery professional, Answered our questions and assisted in providing the information I needed on the status of a furnace.

Was very over priced. Was charged over $300.00 for the plunger inside the toilet tank when I had one that would have worked. NO WAY! Did that cost even close to that plus $225.00 an hr! RIDICULOUS!! And he never would have came if I didn't call when scheduled appointment. He said never got the order. WHAT GIVES SouthPort?

Was able to get us on same day and are typically flexible with scheduling. Fast and thorough service - they stand by their quotes and we’ve used them for plumbing & our furnace/AC - both big (replace) and small (fix/tune up). Every person we’ve worked with or who has visited our home has been friendly and knowledgeable.

James was the technician who listened, investigated, and gave us several options to cure the issue that were dependent upon what would fit in the price range. Most importantly, James spent the time to explain everything in detail and made sure all questions were answered. This is the second time I’ve used SouthPort. They are the right choice!!

Marcus was the technician who came to look at my failed sump pump. They were on fast and on time and were pleasant to deal with. He was able to explain what was going on and gave several options even though it was free inspection. Really appreciated their customer service and responsiveness. Would highly recommend.

We had an immediate water issue and Travis arrived within the hour assessed our issue and gave us a quick honest resolve until the main issue could be fixed the next day. Travis was very attentive to our problem and didn't try to up sell us, also very polite.

Justin was very informative! I was able to get in same day-for a burst pipe. I’ve used Southport in the past for a water heater replacement and hvac work and they’ve always been super respectful and reasonable prices.

Been using their plumbing services for few years now. Always excellent service. Quick appointments. Show up when they say they will. Excellent professional plumbers. Quick work. Very polite and courteous. Office staff excellent also. Price is fair for the services rendered. Always fixed the problem with ease. They only ones I call when I need a plumber.

Justin arrived less than a half hour after appointment was made. Took less than 2 hours to complete the job and the price was fair. He was very professional. He even cleaned up after he was completed.

Justin was very prompt, friendly and helpful! I had work meetings to attend while he was here and was so flexible in taking care of things! Had our subpump go out during some heavy storms. Justin came out quickly and helped resolve the problem equally as fast. He explained what he was doing and showed us how the new one operated when he was done.

They were very knowledgeable about hanging and repairing my sink and repairing the leak. They explained to me what they were going to be doing to fix my problem. They cleaned up after themselves after the job was finished. The job looks professionally completed.
