Worker did an ok job . There clean up needs a little work. Left old drain lines on the basement floor- didn't rehang a folding door they removed and left a small mess I had to sweep up.

Very knowledgeable

Had a full AC, Furnace, and Hot Water Heater installed in one day. All the work was done perfectly and in a timely manner. All the installers were helpful, friendly, and hardworking.

Excellent service. The technician, Travis, was very knowledgeable and efficient. He did a beautiful job!

From the time my call to replace my water heater was answered to the time their service van pulled away Southport was responsive and courteous. Henry and Riley were fantastic! They explained every step and answered every question we had. I enthusiastically recommend Southport.

We had our water heater replaced and Henry A. did a fantastic and timely job. His customer service was amazing and I highly recommend Southport Plumbing!

Wonderful service. Clean and professional

Was able to get us on same day and are typically flexible with scheduling. Fast and thorough service - they stand by their quotes and we’ve used them for plumbing & our furnace/AC - both big (replace) and small (fix/tune up). Every person we’ve worked with or who has visited our home has been friendly and knowledgeable.

The cleaned up after themselves, not something I find that all trades do. They walked me through everything that was done, answered my… Read full review

Great job! Super friendly. I love that they text you when they are heading your way with a pic of the person that will be arriving. Great company to work with. Also like the ease of the online appointment request.

Prompt competent service.

I noticed water on the floor on Friday morning below water heater. Called and service tech came out early afternoon. Problem confirmed and new one installed by late afternoon. Entire process was smooth and without incident. Tech was very professional and consistently communicated status so I stayed informed.

Highly recommend this company for all the different type of services they offer. Very professional, prompt and competitive.

I needed a new water heater replaced and a water shut down system installed. Josh came did everything it took a few hours. He was knowledgeable and very friendly and cleaned up after himself which I loved.
