Worker did an ok job . There clean up needs a little work. Left old drain lines on the basement floor- didn't rehang a folding door they removed and left a small mess I had to sweep up.

Had a full AC, Furnace, and Hot Water Heater installed in one day. All the work was done perfectly and in a timely manner. All the installers were helpful, friendly, and hardworking.

I noticed water on the floor on Friday morning below water heater. Called and service tech came out early afternoon. Problem confirmed and new one installed by late afternoon. Entire process was smooth and without incident. Tech was very professional and consistently communicated status so I stayed informed.

We woke up on a cold morning and the hot water heater was leaking out of the top. Southport got to me quickly. The tech they sent was polite, professional, and walked me through everything. I’m not sure if they are the cheapest, but I am certain they are worth what they charged me:) I would recommend them to anyone.

Justin was very informative! I was able to get in same day-for a burst pipe. I’ve used Southport in the past for a water heater replacement and hvac work and they’ve always been super respectful and reasonable prices.

Estimate for the job came in 3 times greater than the contractor that got the job.

Alex was great, very quick response, quick repair. I was hesitant slightly due to cost, but my last water heater replacement was in 2010, so probably comparable! Alex did a great job!

Justin is a literal lifesaver! No one likes to wake up for work and take a freezing cold shower. The pilot light on my Water Heater went out and could not be restarted, requiring a replacement. I called at 8am and the tech arrived before noon same day. Tim was very efficient and started draining current heater while he drove to the shop to pick up a new one. Very friendly and professional service.

James came out and diagnosed our old unit. He provided excellent service and was honest and upfront with the issue. We went with a new unit installation. James was able to work this in a timely manner and resolve our issue. I would recommend Southport to friends and family.

Tim and Justin did a great job. They were very pleasant and efficient. During the installation of the hot water heater I told them that I was having a problem with pressure in my shower and they told me what the problem was so I had them fix that also. I'm extremely impressed with their work.

Employees were courteous and knowledgeable on the total installation. Kept me informed through the whole process.

Justin showed up and got right to work. He knew what needed to be done. Within several hours he diagnosed the problem, removed our old, non-working water heater and installed a new one. It was refreshing to have him fix our problem.
