Very kind and respectful staff. Amber, the aesthetician, was sensitive to my medical issues as I had a recent surgery and was able to finally make me feel clean and relaxed after a month in the hospital and 2 weeks recovering at home. She offered the right treatment follow up options for my skin tone and picked out…

Great facility, wonderful staff, amazing treatment. I got a facial and it was a fantastic experience. The esthetician was friendly and knowledgeable, she was able to answer all my questions I had about my skincare and give me recommendations for my routine. They were not pushy about adding services orpurchasing their products. I would definitely go back!
My fiancé and I had a wonderful time being pampered by Amber and Mary! They were so sweet, friendly, easy to talk to, and very professional. We would absolutely book with them again. Shoutout to Jacari for my fiancé’s great foot and leg massage, as well!
Alisha gave me a spectacular facial! She was knowledgeable, personable, and friendly! Thank you for the wonderful experience!
Relaxing atmosphere. Wonderful staff. Amazing!
Spa Royale provided a pleasant experience and respite with real ambiance! I enjoyed my facial which went above and beyond expectations both in terms of the services included and the kindliness of the provider. Will return! It was a nice treat.
I had the best facial today! Not only did I get a 60 min facial, it came with an arm, hand, back and scalp massage. It came with hand heat treatment and lemongrass essential oils. After the facial I was invited to the relaxation room with snacks and lemon water and to use their sauna and showers. I felt truly pampered! I will definitely be back.
Wonderful and relaxing facial with Cici! She did an amazing job; great experience!
I thoroughly enjoy my time at Spa Royale. I recently had a facial and it was fantastic. The spa is spotless and the staff is outstanding. I’m looking forward to my next appointment.
Today I drove up to Gainesville from Ocala for a facial appointment my husband gifted me and my daughter for Christmas. My daughter was booked for a 30 minute facial which she received and liked, however, I was booked for a 60 minute facial that did not last much longer than 40 or so minutes; I was done shortly…
Always friendly and make you feel very relaxed during treatments. Treatments with Lorren are the best. Easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable.
CC did a wonderful job and they were very considerate of my time and how I had to rearrange plans and reschedule my first appointment due to them being down a staff member. I was very pleased with their services along with their willingness to provide for the customer and they take excellent accountability, overall 5/5, thank you!
First time at Spa Royale and Kelsea was amazing! The whole experience was just wonderful! My husband had Cicely working with him and he couldn't say anything but glowing reviews. Will definitely be coming again!
