The service was great until I felt like he price gouged me. When he arrived to pick up the hot tub and realized it was still connected he sent a text message (to me, who was not on the scene) saying it was going to be an extra $100 for disconnect services. Didn't mention anything to the individual that was there in person (who could have easily cut the wires himself). He snipped the wires and left them open and exposed. I agreed to the "disconnection service" fee over text because I had no idea said service was literally just cutting a few wires and nothing else. When he arrived to deliver the hot tub which was about an hour later, I explained to him the situation and exposed wires, he stated something about not being an electrician. He could go back and tape the wires but can't cap them? At that point the wires had already been fixed.. well because who is just going to leave wires exposed? Offering "disconnection services" for a service fee of $100 for a job he can't even legally finish that results in exposed wires left behind is not very professional.
