Great service
The company was very communicative leading up to, and on the day-of, the appointment and the cleaner was nothing but professional! She did an excellent job and even stayed overtime to complete the tasks given. For the price point, you won't get a better deal elsewhere! I will be calling them again.
So great and accommodating!
I've been working with Derrick for over a year now. His service has been fantastic throughout, highly recommend
I started out with a one time deep clean for my place but the service was impeccable - everyone was super efficient and quick so I decided to book them to clean my home biweekly! All of their cleaners are professional and super detail oriented and Joe has been super accommodating to work with. I’ve been very happy with my cleans each and every time!
Have been using their cleaning service now for the last month on a weekly/biweekly schedule & the level of service has exceeded my expectations. I have tried other cleaning services prior & that's why I wasn't expecting much, but with Sparkle & Shine the level of customer concierge coupled with the actual service…
We hired Sparkle & Shine Cleaning LA for a move-in cleaning of our home in Beverly Hills. The ladies who came did a fantastic job and left our place spotless. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and were very nice. We will be using them moving forward for maintenance cleans.
My wife hired them for a deep cleaning of our home in Santa Monica after Thanksgiving dinner. The women were very thorough on time and very pleasant. All our appliances look brand new. We will be using them again for maintenance cleaning.
We’ve been using Sparkle & Shine for 6 months now and they consistently keep our place clean. We have them come bi-weekly and the girls are always on time and clean efficiently.
We hired Sparkle and Shine for a move-out cleaning service and the ladies did a terrific job. They made scheduling the service last minute a breeze and they were very thorough and efficient ensuring I got my deposit back. We will be using them again for our move in cleaning service in our new home. Thank you for all of your help!
