Alex was great!!! He listened to my concerns and suggested the best treatment to address them, then he did exactly what he said he was going to do. I hope he continues to be the one to do our future quarterly treatments.
Trevor Wood was my technician for pest control from Spire. Very respectful and hard working. Went above and beyond when I informed him I had seen some spiders in the house. This company so far has done much more for less and I'm glad I switched to them.
John did a great job, he was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Thank you! 😊
Ryan was very polite and easy to deal with. Went above and beyond with wasp nests around our house.
I told theSpire before my service date that we were having some problems withants and spiders. The General MAnager did the service and gave a good explanation about what he did more than normal. Very satisfied with their responce.
Mathew at Spire Virginia Beach treated my house yesterday. He took the time to explain everything in great detail. Ensured my cat was safe. Went above and beyond. 10 out of 10. I feel great keeping Spire as my pest control.
John thoroughly inspected and treated the exterior of my home during our routine service.
As I planned for an outdoor event, I called Spire for an off-schedule outdoor treatment. John (our technician) discovered a wasp nest starting to form under the deck. I can't imagine what would've happened if it wasn't caught/treated in time. Our guests enjoyed outdoor fun that was free of mosquitoes, flies, bugs, wasp, etc. Thanks Spire.
Jeremy was very knowledgeable and explained everything! Great job! Thanks!
John K did an excellent job with our service! Spire has competitive pricing and great customer service!

Dane was very polite, personable and patient as he went over everything with me at my house and helped me decide if I would like to use Spire's services. “Three Bugs” Matthew performed my initial pest control service yesterday. He was punctual, polite, experienced (11 years in the pest control business) incredibly professional, and happily answered all of my many questions! I requested indoor and outdoor spraying. Outdoor included not only spraying, but also the…
Josh did an AMAZING job treating the inside/outside of our home for prevention of bug/spiders, etc. He also went way above and beyond by searching for and locating a wasp nest underneath our deck and removing it. We are so grateful for Spire Pest Control and for Josh providing such a great service and protecting our home!!!
Loved the service, first time service with Matt as the pro sent. He took the time to fully explain the service options, answered all my questions and serviced both inside and outside. His overall knowledge and experience was way above expected and truly appreciated. Highly recommend!
Matt Carter was my technician who performed my initial setup and I feel confident in his level of knowledge in this field and his professionalism. Troy with Spire Pest Control completed my first service and did an amazing job! He was very knowledgeable about the carpenter ants that had decided to move into my laundry room exterior wall and patiently answered all my questions. This was my first service but I feel confident that I will be staying with Spire for…
Our technician was thorough and knowledgeable about what I was needing.
The technician was on time, then proceeded to work. He took his time and covered the entire house. We have been very happy with Spire, we can recommend them!
Spire Pest Control has serviced my house for a year now. It's is by far the best pest control service I've ever subscribed to. Reminders are sent, updated SMS/email as to who to expect by name (important security point for me) along with any deviation of service due to this crazy weather. I've had absolutely no…

Troy was on time and did a outstanding job. I want him ever time if he is available.
Always on time, employees conduct themselves professionally,… HAD water bug problems but no more. Descent pricing.
This man was really good. Did things and sprayed everything. Did above and beyond his call of duty. Thank You.
Ian Wallace did a great job, kept me informed about time of appointment. Not seeing any critters!! Essential service.
Spire pest control in Chesapeake came by with our October service and we had new tech John K. Not surprising that he was just as good as our last tech. Very thorough and made sure that I was satisfied with the service and answered all my questions. Thank you John!
I have used Spire for a few years and they are always on schedule, friendly and thorough. Dylan took care of my treatment today and he was thorough and very polite. I recommend them.
I had a wonderful visit from Spire Pest Control. Awesome customer service, knowledgable and affordable. No hard sell, very pleasant. The owner is very interested in providing good service and is very approachable should a need arise. Indeed impressive in the current market. I have been a customer for over 5 years.
Spire is very thorough and familiar with my home .. Mary Cherry
Stephen was prompt, friendly, and thorough. He even made my *very shy* toddler smile and talked to her for a minute while I had to go in the other room! He answered all my questions and was in and out of here for our first appointment in under 30 minutes. Excited to take care of these bugs!

Our Tech today, Brandon G, was extremely thorough in de-webbing the exterior of our home, exterior kitchen area and detached shed - as well as in his application of mosquito control products - Thanks so much!!
Great service. He went above and beyond to help address my issues and concerns.
Brehon with Spire treated my home for several wasps/muddobbers nests and treated all my entry doorways for bug control. He also treated under sinks & behind toilets to stop water roaches. I have seen several dead bugs since the treatments last week. Brehon was very polite & professional.
They do what they say
Dylan did a great job chasing down any small issues we had since the last service. By small, I mean a wasp here and there. He also did a great job getting the new termite traps set up and convincing me of the need. Not pushy, very pragmatic and honest.
Matched our Orkin price with an increased amount of service. Salesman was super respectful and polite, not pushy trying to get our business. Work out a deal with them while it’s hot. Wife meet the employees when the service was provided and had had no complaints.
Very professional..prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. Brehon did a great job both inside and outside of our house. He listened to my wife's concerns about where she has seen big activity.
