I told theSpire before my service date that we were having some problems withants and spiders. The General MAnager did the service and gave a good explanation about what he did more than normal. Very satisfied with their responce.
As I planned for an outdoor event, I called Spire for an off-schedule outdoor treatment. John (our technician) discovered a wasp nest starting to form under the deck. I can't imagine what would've happened if it wasn't caught/treated in time. Our guests enjoyed outdoor fun that was free of mosquitoes, flies, bugs, wasp, etc. Thanks Spire.

Dylan did a great job chasing down any small issues we had since the last service. By small, I mean a wasp here and there. He also did a great job getting the new termite traps set up and convincing me of the need. Not pushy, very pragmatic and honest.
Matched our Orkin price with an increased amount of service. Salesman was super respectful and polite, not pushy trying to get our business. Work out a deal with them while it’s hot. Wife meet the employees when the service was provided and had had no complaints.
We have been using Spire pest control for about four years. We got so used to not having any problems that we stopped one year, thinking that we didn’t need them. Well let me tell you the mosquitoes and spiders were having a fight over who could carry us off. We had them back right away. They are always on time and…

Just bought our new home and had them come out. The guy that came out Mr Larry Barnes did an excellent job. Would recommend them any day. I paid for it and 15 mins later he showed up. Got all the webs down and blew off my back porch and patio.

Happy to have Spire Pest Control take over our service after not so much luck with another company. When the former tech tells your wife “the husband needs to power wash because he doesn’t carry a pole long enough to reach my eves” - I’m not getting the service I paid for. Spire was on top of it, understood my concerns and made an immediate treatment.
Always very friendly. And effective. Recently found my self with German roaches. Kept some stuff for someone in my garage. Anyway they are the worst. The responded quickly and aggressively. Very happy with this company.

There was an issue with the contract when the technician came, he and the office quickly made it right. The service technician was pleasant and professional. This was my initial service call, I look forward to the rest being equally as positive.
First time using the service since we moved in from south Florida and I am pretty pleased with their job similar or better from what we had there. Once the service was complete the technician asked if we needed anything else and reviewed what he did which I like, very diligent on the job. Great job.
