Came and look at my water heater same day. Great communication and very knowledgeable plumbers. They even stayed into the night to finish the job the same day so we had hot water. Very highly recommend.
Scott responded to our hot water leak on Saturday in less than an hour. He quickly removed and replaced the flexible water line. He showed us some additional things that can be repaired in the near future. We plan to use Spot-on again.
