AC stopped putting out cold air during hottest day of year and technician came within 1-2 hours of service call. I canceled the other company that couldn’t help until late that evening or next day. With an infant, I needed fastest response and that was Springfield. Technician replaced a part and cleaned condenser within 10 minutes and air was back cold.

Springfield performed maintenance of my HVAC unit. They were on time, reasonably priced and friendly. They explained what needed to be done to my unit prior to beginning the work and had it back running in no time.
On a very busy, HOT day, they made an extra effort to come to my house and repair my air conditioning . Everyone I have dealt with at this company are very kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
