They come quickly. Davis was there in less than an hour. Great service.
Always treating us as we are important to them. And that makes all the difference.
Our air conditioning went out the afternoon before Labor Day weekend. We called and set up appointment and the technician was here within the hour and had everything fixed and wrapped up very quickly and very reasonable price. We will definitely use Springfield H & C again.
Excellent service!! Very prompt and does great work! Highly recommend!
We have been a customer of Springfield Heating & Air for several years. They have always provided timely, thorough and professional service. We have and will continue to recommend their services.
Called, they were at my house within a few hours, great service at a great price. Very nice service technician!
The company promptly answered my call and the technician Branson arrived early for our scheduled appointment. Within a few minutes my AC problem was diagnosed. Springfield Heating and Air had the necessary part on their truck and my AC was back up and running in no time. I had two new Ecobee thermostats installed as…
Unfortunately I have to change this review to a one star for Springfield due to recent appointments- Tech came out May 27. Said I needed new capacitor (my unit is 18 years old). he DID not check anything else (like the voltage- which comes in to play 10 days later). I get the part put in (sells at the supply…
Excellent and timely service. Good price! Very happy!
Timely, efficient, courteous, and reasonable. I’ve used them many times and their techs are always personable and very competent.
Great service. Friendly and competent staff
Noticed AC wasn’t cooling. Called for service around 2:30 PM. They were able to schedule a technician that day. Technician showed up promptly. Diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor. He had the part on his truck and was able to replace it.
This was one of the most positive experiences I’ve had with a company in a very long time. I specifically want to highlight Branson- he was professional, efficient, and the primary reason Springfield will be my first call for any future needs.
From the first call to the end of the process the staff was very informative and pleasant to work with! Highly recommend.
Great experience. They are the best. I can trust them to do the right thing .
Springfield was recommended to me by my son and my nephew. I had gotten an estimate from a company I had been dealing with and was floored by the cost. My son lined me up with Morgan and his team they gave me a great price for the work and were here within the next day. Coty and Justin took care of servicing my job…
Springfield has been essential to getting my apartment complex running properly and keeping it that way over the last 3 years. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for HVAC service, from small repairs to full installs they are fast and efficient.
Landon was very knowledgeable and helped to explain how our heat pump system worked. He got parts and got us up and running in no time.

AC stopped putting out cold air during hottest day of year and technician came within 1-2 hours of service call. I canceled the other company that couldn’t help until late that evening or next day. With an infant, I needed fastest response and that was Springfield. Technician replaced a part and cleaned condenser within 10 minutes and air was back cold.
They were very professional and responsive after scheduling services. I received a call from tech on what time he would arrive. He arrived promptly as time given. He was very knowledgeable about unit and his job. I would most definitely recommend and use them again for services.
We have been using Springfield now for about 10 years now, and only have good things to say! They always respond promptly, are very thorough and honest with us and always fix our problems quickly. Their quotes are always lower than their competitors on major replacements, which is how we began with them!
Always professional. Always reliable.
Great company that I have used at home and office

Professional fast service. I called at 10AM and they had a service technician on site within three hours. Consistently communicated with me when the technician would arrive. Definitely will recommend to friends and family. Thank you for being reliable and working me into the schedule when the unexpected happens!

I was home alone with my toddler when my A/C went out in the heat of August in MS. I called them stressed and worried and they sent someone over within the hour. I will forever be grateful to them for helping this mama out.
Always respond in a timely manner, always very courteous, and never try to sell services that aren’t needed
Highly recommend this company & will always use them for AC/heating needs.
Lightning struck our home late on Saturday night. I called Springfield the next morning, and they had a technician out within an hour. Unfortunately, the part that my a/c needed was not available until the parts warehouse opened on Monday, but the technician explained everything to me thoroughly. As promised, they…

Morgan and his team are Perfection at its Best
Morgan and team have done several jobs for us and so far all have been successful! They have installed new mini split systems and have done repairs on existing HVAC's. Morgan took the time to come out and actually come up with an appropriate plan for the demands of the size of the units vs size of the apartments.…
Good people. Great service!
Had a wonderful first experience with Springfield Heating and Air (and used them based on other great reviews!). Monica and Ryan were both super nice and easy to schedule and work with. Ryan went above and beyond when our power unexpectedly went out just after he had arrived and I appreciated his knowledge and…
Springfield Heating an Air is awesome! My air conditioner stopped cooling at my rental property. I placed a call early that morning and was told that a tech would call before coming to service the unit. I was away from my desk and missed the call. I began to panic the closer it got to 5:00. I informed my tenant…
Awesome company, Mrs. Monica and Spencer had me back going quickly. I was highly impressed with the professionalism and kindness shown. Spencer also explained every detail of what he was doing and what the parts do. I will be using them for my annual maintenance now! Thank you!

Highly recommend Springfield Heat and Air. Do very good work at a reasonable price. Also professional and very responsive.
We have used Springfield Air for years in multiple homes. They are responsive, reasonably priced and very professional. I would not use anyone but Springfield for my AC/Heating issues.
