Springfield’s tech, Zack, was awesome! Our ac went out in September. Called and we were able to get the issue resolved the same day. Zack went above and beyond to make sure our ac was back up and running!
The guys where great
Zack & Jessica really came through for me & my family. Our outside fan unit stopped working. I advised Jessica I have a special needs child who is prone to seizures if she becomes overheated. She quickly dispatched Zack and he vigorously worked to resolve the issue. I am very appreciative for their assistance.
Service occurred a few hours after my call. Staff was friendly in scheduling and technician was knowledgeable, timely and efficient.

They showed up within an hour to check out my system which was down. The system had to be replaced. They were able to get a complete isystem ordered and installed the very next day! Very fast service. Springfield also installed my entire system new 3 years ago. They did a good job. My only complaint, and it's not really them, but this is the 3rd time in 3 years I had to pay labor to repair the system under warrenty for a total near $2500 out of pocket.

Shad, the service technician, came on short notice and replaced a “contact switch”. Later that very hot day he returned to replace a different part that failed after he left. My Rheem system has been an intermittent nightmare. 4 different HVAC companies tried to fix it. Springfield got it done with great service and high value. A bonus was the upgrade to Trane. Mississippi is hot. HVAC matters.
