Professional & courteous! They did not send a bill for just resetting my heating system. They were patient to reset the electric board on our heater, and then come back to trouble shoot. Very nice and professional young man

We lost our heat and called these guys. They were there within 2 hours. They replaced a broken part (which they had on the truck) and answered the usual “dad questions” within 30 minutes. These guys are great and their dispatcher was the best.

Jimbo provided a quick, professional and expert repair/replacement of the igniter on our HVAC Unit!

We have used Springfield Air for years in multiple homes. They are responsive, reasonably priced and very professional. I would not use anyone but Springfield for my AC/Heating issues.
