For my recent inter-state move, they communicated in advance about my specific moving needs and took the time to do a virtual walk-through as the volume was close to the limit to fit in one truck. The crew who came on moving day were professional and extremely careful to… Read full review

We have used Stairhopper multiple times, for both local and long-distance moves and they have been fantastic every time. We had some very bulky and complicated items that they were able to move for us, and we have never had anything broken and they have been very efficient. Would highly recommend using them for your next move!

UPDATE: We used stairhopper once again for an out of state move. It was just as easy and transparent as the first time. I really appreciate the flat rate quote and the dedicated truck. In the craziness of a move, we don't have to worry about whether we got all of our boxes - if the truck is empty, we know we have… Read full review

Moved from south coast of MA to VT. Service was very professional. Movers were quick and careful with all my items. Choosing a local company over companies that just find movers for you saved me money in the long run. Would recommend these guys for anyone moving around New England.

We used Stairhopper for our interstate move and they were wonderful! Carefully wrapped all furniture, took detailed inventory, noted any damages prior to loading, etc. They even arrived 3 hours early (with notice) for drop off! All of the movers that helped us were friendly and kind and took great care of our belongings. Would absolutely recommend!

We used Stairhopper for our recent interstate move. They came to our two-bed condo and packed all our stuff for a family of four (we had done almost no packing), and finished in less than a day. The next day they were back to quickly load it onto the truck and drive it to its destination. They unloaded quickly and… Read full review

Move from Boston to Brattleboro

Did a cross-country move from Boston to Chicago. Stairhopper Movers made it super easy. They came and disassembled / wrapped all our furniture with blankets, etc.; stored our stuff at their site for 3 weeks until our lease in Chicago started; and then drove it to our place and unpacked / reassembled everything with… Read full review

Hired for interstate move during one of the busiest weekends in the area for movers, and price was reasonable and a good value for services rendered. Friendly movers, efficient loading, easy logistical process from start to finish, very responsive to questions, lots of helpful confirmation messages, and took good… Read full review

Stairhoppers lived up to every excellent review. They were professional from start to finish, and efficient. They handled our things with care and were consistent with the quote.

We didn't know anything about Stairhopper Movers when we hired them, but could not have been more impressed by their work. They were spot on with their projections, showed up exactly as promised, handled our belongings with care, and got them unloaded into a storage unit exactly the way we wanted. We would hire them… Read full review

Fast and professional. Handled everything with care

I had such a positive experience with Stairhopper Movers on an out-of-state move last week that I had to write a review. From my first encounter when I called for a quote (which was very reasonable), they were professional, friendly and reassuring. Throughout the process and the lead-up to the move, they were… Read full review

Have used stair hopper twice for big moves. They are on time, professional, and take good care of your belongings.

Very happy that I chose Stairhopper Movers for my interstate move! The moving crew on both sides was so friendly and polite and careful, but also way faster at packing and unpacking the truck than I would have thought. They let me know exactly what to expect and then did exactly as they said. Thank you!

Our movers were prompt, courteous, fast and very communicative! We had zero hiccups on moving day and they made the experience smooth and as pain free as can be.

This was my second move with stairhopper. For this move, I used stairhopper to move from a 4th floor walk up in Boston to NYC and it could not have been more smooth. John and his crew were on-time, professional, prepared and carefully wrapped and carried each of my things down the stairs. Throughout the drive, they… Read full review

Stairhoppers was the best part of my move! They were dependable, communicative, efficient, careful with my belongings, and kind and respectful. I give them the highest praise!

Items arrived swiftly and with care

Shout out to Bogdan for helping us over two days as we moved from MA to OH. Personable, kind, clear communication. It’s nice that there’s continuity with the pick up and drop off crew. He safely got all of our items packed and delivered, thank you!

Great job done by the Stairhopper team! Finished an hour earlier than expected and moved everything carefully. Would use this company again!

Branislav and his crew did an amazing job with our interstate move. They were able to pack our house in 1 day beautifully (nothing broken, neatly labelled), load efficiently the next day, and deliver everything a day later despite being several states away. No delivery window, no waiting - all of our furniture… Read full review

Stairhopper provided by far the best moving experience I've had. We had some items that needed packing including glassware, flat screen monitors, and even a number of guitars that needed special attention. The movers were very friendly, professional, and speedy. I'll be recommending Stairhopper to others and if I have the need I will choose them again.

Excellent team, highly reliable, efficient, and kind throughout the moving process.

The team managed to fit all of our belongings safely and timely into one truck. They were professional and kind. Delivery was smooth! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Very professional. Family has used them on three different moves.

Great communication from the start. The crew was terrific. They arrived on time and handled two stops on the front end. Professional, efficient and friendly throughout. Would definitely use them again (but hope not to move again soon).

We had a great experience with Stairhoppers! We had a long distance move, and Stairhoppers made it so much easier. José arrived on time, and they packed up our four bedroom home within 5-6 hours. For delivery, they again arrived early with a full team to help unload. Everything was unloaded in just a few hours.… Read full review

Excellent! Incredibly professional, respectful, and treated all our furniture from Ikea to family heirlooms with extreme care. Arrived on time 6am, never stopped working, even in extreme heat. Worked magic to make everything fit safely and securely in the truck. Very impressed and highly recommend!

I’ve used Stairhoppers for multiple moves and they have always been fabulous! Very efficient and take great care of everything. Always a very kind crew too!

I’ve used Stairhopper Movers a few times now and they’ve been awesome every single time. Most recently, they helped me move a grandfather clock, and I was seriously impressed with how carefully and professionally they handled it. The team showed up right on time, wrapped everything securely, and worked quickly but… Read full review

Very impressed with Stairhoppers from beginning to end. . This might have been the smoothest, least anxiety provoking moving experience I’ve ever had. Excellent communication - not too much, not too little. They gave a firm quote that was in the mid-range of the 3 we got, but I feel we got value for money. The same… Read full review

Great movers. The team was very efficient and so nice. They are hard workers and were very careful with everything. Hopefully we don't have to move again but if we do, we will definitely use Stairhoppers!

Great company, just completed a move from Boston to Nashville with them. Had them come a day earlier to pack our belongings, which they did a good job! They then drove that same truck with our stuff, and arrived in Nashville to move us in within 48 hours! Great job moving in our items, even though they had to be… Read full review

Stairshopper Movers were excellent! The team of Sebastian, Jonas, and Gabriel was friendly, forward thinking, and efficient! I would definitely use their service again when I need a mover in the future! Thanks again!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Stairhoppers. Not only were they competitively priced, but the crew was so professional, efficient, and fast! Packed and wrapped our things so carefully - as if it was their own furniture - and hauled it out of state for us. I trusted them completely to move our things… Read full review

Our Stairhopper Crew worked hard and got the job done fast. We moved to a third floor apartment and they moved all our belongings up three flights of stairs in the middle of a heat wave, but that didn't slow them down. Very professional, reasonable and nice to interact with, highly recommend.

I've used Stairhopper twice now for moving, and they've been absolutely incredible both times. The technology for booking is incredibly modern and user friendly, the customer service team is extremely responsive and thorough via phone and email, they even call you after your move to ensure they met your… Read full review

I can't say enough great things about this moving company and the guys who moved us. They not only were on time (which we really appreciated), but they took such good care of our furniture and packed items. They wrapped up all the big stuff and they were efficient and fast! I am highly impressed! The loading and… Read full review

Moved from Boston to Philly with the Stairhopper Movers. They were very professional and time efficient. Very much satisfied with the service and everything.

There was some damage done but they made some compensations to make it right. It was an accident and they did more than I thought they would. This was the second time I used them. First time I had no problems. I would consider using them again because of this guesture

I was skeptical at first to see so many 5 star reviews, but all of that changed when the crew arrived. Nothing but professionalism. They arrived on time, packed everything with ease and care, treated me well, and left me feeling like this was the easiest part of my move! When we arrived at my destination, nothing… Read full review

We have used Stairhoppers multiple times but this was our first out of state move. The team was outstanding start to finish. They were on time, efficient, careful and friendly. Stairhoppers made the entire experience stress free, I highly recommend them.

Stairhopper Movers are the best around - highly recommend!

These guys are the best. They were professional, extremely prompt, and handled a pretty complicated multi-part move with grace and friendliness. Moving is always stressful but Stairhoppers makes it as easy as it can be. Also their customer service is INCREDIBLE. Everyone so nice, so clear, easy to access, and their… Read full review

We had a fantastic experience with Stairhopper and would highly recommend them. We moved from Massachusetts to Florida, and Alex and Oscar (along with the 2 other guys who worked on the packing) did a great job. They showed up on time and were efficient, quick and careful in their packing (fragile items were packed… Read full review

Competitive pricing and good value. The movers were on time and very efficient in moving furniture, boxes, and an upright piano.

Great service, punctual and communicative. Thanks!

I have used Stairhopper before in the past and they were great then and they were fantastic now. They are not only one of the most professional companies I have ever used, but they are kind, conscientious, and attentive. I will always use this company, they are money well spent. They are fantastic!
