Stairhopper Movers - Boston

They did a great job with our move. Fast, efficient, and very easy to work with compared to other companies we scoped out. They quoted us over the phone and gave us an accurate estimate using our Zillow pictures. Other companies insist they need to send someone onsite to see everything and then they slap you with an… Read full review

Overall experience was great. Smooth and neat. Need to be more transparent about pricing when giving initial quote

I recently had a fantastic experience with Stairhopper Movers in Boston! The entire team was professional, punctual, and handled everything with great care. Their packing and moving services were top-notch, and the pricing was very competitive. Highly recommend them to anyone planning a move!

We had a smooth in-building move in Jamaica Plain. The movers were friendly and professional.

I used Stairhopper Movers for a move from Cambridge MA to Monson MA. The service was stellar from booking to set up at my new place. The moving crew was awesome: prompt, courteous, and efficient. I highly recommend them for your next move.

We had a great moving experience with Stairhopper Movers! They confirmed their arrival window a day before the move, arrived on time, were very carful in wrapping all of our furniture and items throughly in moving blankets they brought, loaded into their truck, and unloaded at our new home. Great experience with Stairhopper Movers. I've used them twice before with excellent results and this was no different. Stairhopper Movers did an amazing job moving my 2-bedroom apartment! The team was punctual, professional, and extremely careful with all of my furniture and boxes. They made what is usually a very stressful day completely hassle-free. Fast, efficient, and great communication throughout. I will absolutely use them again and highly recommend their services!

These guys made our move so much smoother—they're powerhouses! We have a new baby and knew we'd be needing some extra help, and Ernesto, Nesto, and Mateo didn't disappoint. They were super friendly and not only loaded what we'd already packed, but packed up what we hadn't gotten to yet—and protected our valuables… Read full review

The crew showed up pretty much on time and were really friendly the whole way through. Nothing got damaged, and everything arrived in perfect shape. They also put all the furniture exactly where we wanted it, which made settling in so much easier. Would definitely use them again

Excellent movers! Took the time to wrap delicate items such as glass and delicate furniture. I have used them a couple of times when moving from 2 different apartments and I am always impressed.

Perfect from beginning to end! We had 3 movers they were very friendly and professional got the job done perfectly! I highly recommend

Great service, awesome price and amazing team!

The move was carried out efficiently in a few hours. I would recommend the service overall. The only negative aspect was that I needed to pay cash the balance and since the movers did not have change I unnecessarily overpaid 8 more dollars than needed. I could have been told about this beforehand.

Professional crew, fast service, and an accurate quote. Highly recommended!

One of the best movers team I had seen. They were on time and were super fast. They did a great job and moved my furniture with care. They are professional and very meticulous in their work. I would hire them again for my next move as well.

It was my first time using movers, so I was a bit nervous choosing a company in general, but the entire experience I had with Stairhoppers was perfect. Very professional, kind, and helpful.

All three men were friendly and professional. They are helpful and understanding. John was excellent. They worked efficiently and did a fantastic job. Thank you!

The stairhopper movers were very efficient and extremely courteous. Having 4 experienced movers made loading and unloading the sizeable truck easy.

Yeh they were very good. Hired them for help in Boston. Customer was very pleased.

Great experience. Movers took good care of the furniture and had everything done in less than 3 hours

Stairhopper did an outstanding job moving us from Somerville (2nd floor apartment) to Cambridge (3rd floor apartment). Great service! Friendly, efficient and budget friendly movers

I’ve used Stairhopper movers several times. They are always quick, professional, and communicative. I highly recommend them if you are needing a local or long-haul move.

We’ve used Stairhopper movers multiple times and they’ve always done a great job. They are fast and always very careful with fragile items. We’ve found them to be extremely reliable.

Had a great experience with Stairhopper and I'd book them again. We moved during the off-season and movers aren't cheap but, ultimately, you get what you pay for. Emeline was helpful in getting our reservation and assessing how many movers we'd need for our 2 bed/1 bath. Our movers (Luis, Pedro, and Genaro*) were… Read full review

I used them twice and both times they did a great job. They were recommended by our colleague who also had great experience with them. They do great job packing the furniture. The quote usually hits the estimate.

Movers were professional and friendly. They helped me sorting things out even I was not fully packed up. They were very efficient and caring to details. At destination they offered how would I want to lay carpet and bed frame and mattress - which is huge to start the new home.

This was my second time utilizing Stairhopper Movers. The crew arrived on time. They handled all of my property with care. High quality moving for a great price!

Stairhopper was great from the beginning. They actually gave me a quote online and didn't harass me with endless phone calls (unlike other companies). Having used Stairhoppers several times, I highly recommend. They treat your stuff like it’s their own and they are experts at IKEA furniture, both disassembling and assembling! Love them!!

Super easy and straight forward. Was able to reschedule to the next 24 hours (after have adjust a couple times before). Team cam prepared, moved everything with care, 10/10 will use again.

The team was on-time and extremely efficient. They helped move from a PODS storage facility in Norwood to my new apartment in Marlborough. Will absolutely use again on my next move!

Efficient, quality service for the best price in Boston. I got a handful of quotes, but Stairhopper stood out for having the best rating with the best price. Stairhopper was great, efficient, and a true pleasure to work with. I will use them again for my next move and refer them to any friends who need help moving.

We have now used this company twice and both times the team they sent were very professional and careful with our clients belongings. We will definitely be calling them again. Highly recommend!

Great experience. Conscientious team, and high quality job

Quick and very protective of my stuff. Wrapped furniture in blankets and very very careful with my large 77” TV. Had them move my heavy and bulky items I could not move myself and drove the rest myself to save money. Altogether under $500 including tip.

Stairhoppers was great for our local move within Cambridge! The crew was on time, efficient, and able to move everything we needed!

Stairhoppers were excellent movers. On time, efficient, friendly and hard-working. What a wonderful experience. I give them my highest recommendation!

Quick and easy quoting and scheduling process. On time and courteous. Solid communication. Very careful with our stuff! Would reuse and recommend to others.

The BEST! Communication was clear & great from beginning to end. The movers arrived on time, were easy to work with, friendly, careful in their actions, accommodating with special requests and all around delight to help us move. So grateful to have found StairHoppers, and to have had such an easeful, professional, satisfying experience. Highly recommend.

Stairhoppers did a great job. Very nice and efficient.

Movers arrived between the promised time. They were fast, efficient and was very mindful of overheads and walls. They rolled out a red carpet when they were moving stuff into the house to stop the trekking dirty into the house. We moved from Randolph to Sharon with one stop between to a storage unit with no extra charge. They charge a hourly rate.

I called several moving companies and found Stairhoppers to be the best onboarding process of everyone I talked to. They also were extremely affordable while still providing top notch service! They got some really complicated furniture out of our apartment on a second floor with a tight stairway. I really can’t recommend them enough!

I’m a repeat customer of Stairhoppers. They’re easy to work with and do everything with professionalism. Ernestas and team were a huge help! Look no further if you need moving help in the Boston area.

John D., Francisco, and Polanco were absolutely fantastic! They were incredibly professional, kind, and efficient from start to finish. Moved from Boston to Pembroke. Great service, no complaints. Very efficient, and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.
