Stairhopper Movers - Boston

I used Stairhopper Movers for a move from Cambridge MA to Monson MA. The service was stellar from booking to set up at my new place. The moving crew was awesome: prompt, courteous, and efficient. I highly recommend them for your next move.

Such a great moving experience with Stairhopper Movers! The team is so quick and handled everything with care. Such a stress free experience, will definitely hire again.

These guys made our move so much smoother—they're powerhouses! We have a new baby and knew we'd be needing some extra help, and Ernesto, Nesto, and Mateo didn't disappoint. They were super friendly and not only loaded what we'd already packed, but packed up what we hadn't gotten to yet—and protected our valuables… Read full review

Great experience!

This was my second move with the Stairhopper team. The Stairhopper guys hustled the entire time they were working with me. They are respectful, polite and overall great you work with.

The move was carried out efficiently in a few hours. I would recommend the service overall. The only negative aspect was that I needed to pay cash the balance and since the movers did not have change I unnecessarily overpaid 8 more dollars than needed. I could have been told about this beforehand.

My first and best experience with a moving company. The men that came were quick, careful and professional. Not a single piece of furniture was damaged, scuffed, or broken, they were extremely kind and accommodating. I would 100% recommend them and will definitely choose this company again when I move again in the future. Thanks stairhopper!!

Very professional, and they took great care of our furniture

The crew was courteous, efficient, great attention to detail, really fantastic. We moved from the Boston area to the Northampton area and it all went so smoothly. Highly recommend.

Marius and his team were excellent at helping me move from Somerville to Arlington MA. All furniture and boxes from our large 2 bed apartment were moved and assembled expertly in a few hours and the team came exactly at the expected timeframe. They handled the narrow staircases and hallways with ease and made our… Read full review

This is the third time I've used Stairhoppers and they always do a great job, both with communication and the actual moving process itself. Highly recommend!

I recently moved from Malden, MA to Nashua, NH and hired Stairhopper to assist. The three men who came (on-time) were extremely efficient and friendly. I was moving out of a 1br so it was only one truck load, but they wrapped it up in very good time. All fragile items were protected and handled with care, and… Read full review

Outstanding service. Very professional and efficient team. They met me with a handshake and introduction of all members, looked at the space and brought in the furnishings. Could not be happier.

I had not heard of Stairhopper Movers before today, but I crossed paths with 2 gentlemen just completing a move for a new resident into our condo building. great job

This is the 2nd time using Stairhoppers and they have been amazing both times - prompt, friendly and flexible!!!

3 efficient, friendly guys from Serbia moved my condo from 3rd floor walk up to my new condo on the first floor in a different state. Included a bike and kayak. All items including an antique full length mirror and artwork were carefully moved. Furniture items were wrapped and moved.

We had a great crew from Stairhoppers to start our move out of Charlestown. All 3 crew members were friendly and pleasant to work with. They had everything packed up quickly and carefully. We will definitely use them for part 2 of this move!

We had a great experience moving with Stairhoppers. It was just a unit transfer within the same building but everyone at Stairhoppers, from the admin to the movers themselves, was responsive and accommodating. Would call them again!

Stairhoppers made our move from Lowell to Somerville so easy! They unloaded a second floor 2-bedroom apartment AND a storage unit filled with contents from a 1-bedroom apartment, and moved everything into our new 3-bedroom 2nd & 3rd floor apartment so quickly! The move took 7 hours (including travel time) and the… Read full review

Very professional crew. Super efficient and friendly too!

Great experience Good prices Perfect timing Experienced movers Flexible schedule

On time, ready to work and handled my items with care. Thank you Stairhopper

Stairhoppers moved us great. They handled a third floor walkup through spiral stairs. Only took one small break and we are a book family. 3 massive bookshelves completely filled. They charge for 45 minutes to drive each way to and from moving locations otherwise no complaints. Would recommend.

Stairhopper Movers did a great job for us, moving from Quincy to Braintree.

Great experience. Highly recommend.

Three movers arrived right on time to help me move items. They were very nice - polite and professional! They were careful with my items and thoughtful to ask me where I wanted items placed. I would definitely use this company again

We could not have been more pleased with the team of stair hopper movers. We moved from Newton to Gloucester with two stops along the way and the group of 4 movers could not have been more helpful or pleasant. They wouldn't let us lift a finger and were fast and efficient. They wanted to make sure all items were… Read full review

Did a great job. Possibly dragged out moving from one location to another to charge me more than the 3 hour minimum

Moved from Newton to JP and these guys were an absolute lifesaver. Loading and unloading were a breeze, they were very gentle with my stuff. Would definitely contract them again

Phenomenal service! Super fast and efficient.

They were so efficient and made my move to the city quite seamless. All of my items made it without a scratch. They offered to assemble and move all my furniture around to my liking which was so nice.

Stair hopper was great. They arrived on time, were very efficient, and professional at all times.

The workers did a phenomenal job and efficiently packed and moved all my furniture. They make it look easy and one of the workers even got dinged up while moving my couch through a narrow, winding hallway. I hope they get good benefits and pay raises regularly. They were both fantastic.

Fantastic experience. My apartment building had broken elevators the day of move-in and my movers still brought all my things up 6 floors. Highly, highly recommend this company! Date of move: Sept 1st

The movers were so quick and efficient, they made moving such a breeze on Sep 1! Highly recommended.

Ernesto and his team could not have made our moving day easier! It was pouring rain and they made sure all of our furniture and belongings were always in great hands.

Genuinely the best moving company - showed up at the stated time, the team was friendly and swift, no items damaged during the move, will certainly be using them again next time.

Stairhopper Movers were amazing. All our stuff arrived in a perfect shape. They arrived on time, moved everything with care but swiftly. They are by far the most experienced movers we’ve hired. And we’ve moved a couple of times!

Professional and efficient movers

Incredibly quick and efficient work! I was super anxious before my move and feel so much relief thanks to Alex and his team :)

Total professionals, did a great job and moved so quickly. Very pleasant to work with.

Direct, friendly, quick. None of my stuff was damaged.

Absolutely wonderful experience. They were professional, well equipped, asked all the right questions, and made sure we experienced as little stress as possible during the move. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Very quick, professional, efficient service.

They were fast, willing to help me pack more than expected, and were kind. Only thing is I wish there was slightly more transparency on moving equipment costs. They alerted me to moving blanket costs, but I ended up needing a mattress cover and some boxes and didn’t know how much they were until bill time. Small… Read full review

Such a seamless experience from the very beginning! Grateful for Stairhopper movers and all of their hard work.

This is the 2nd time I've used this company and I will every time. They're so friendly, organized, careful, and fast. They wrap everything so it doesn't get damaged or move around. They unpack everything and put it exactly where I want it. And there's a discount to use cash! Any saved money is helpful:)

Great service from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Our movers were on time, highly efficient, and packed everything very carefully for transport! Highly recommend!

Stairhopper Movers made my move incredibly easy! As someone who was moving by themself without any support, I was able to rest easy knowing that my valuable possessions were in good hands! Moving a one bedroom apartment took them less than 2 hours, and my move was reasonably priced for a late August move! I will definitely reach out again for my next move.

So much faster than I could have imagined! It was my first time using movers and I was shocked at how fast they worked and how well they handled my stuff.

Stairhoppers was amazing. It was the first time we'd had folks pack our belongings and they did an awesome job. The crew was kind, thoughtful, and incredibly hardworking. Would 10/10 use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a move in the Boston area.

Very professional, good communication They got the work done fast and nothing was damaged, would use again

the personal were extremely careful and fast and friendly

10/10 experience. So quick and easy.

Have used Stairhoppers twice now, could not recommend them more. They arrive right on time and move very quickly. It would’ve taken at least 10 times as long to move everything myself. They also take great care in moving, assembling, and reassembling furniture.

This is my second time using stairhoppers in 4 years and I'm pleased to share this was another excellent experience. These people were on time, treated our belongings with extraordinary professional care, and were so easy to work with. We worked with a team that loaded and another that unloaded. Both were friendly and immediately responsive to questions and specific requests.
