Outstanding customer service- there was an issue with our order and it was dealt with immediately. I can't wait to try the cheese making kit. The instructions inside are very thorough and there's a link to video instruction as well.

My friends, family, and I drove over from Chattanooga and had a fantastic experience today. Paula is an excellent instructor. The space was lovely, comfortable, and welcoming. I learned so much today and plan on taking the cheddaring class, next. Highly recommended!

Although no longer located on a farm, the cheese making classes are first rate! Highly recommended!

I ordered both kits, the beginner's and the ultimate. I started with the beginner's and I don't know what is liquid or powder citric acid. In page 8, is in 195 Fahrenheit or Celsius? The only difference between the two kits is the second has a thermometer and more recipes.

The environment was so welcoming, we brought along our favorite wine to sip on, and the hands-on instruction was top-notch. We learned so much while having a genuinely fun afternoon together. The best part? The fun didn't end when the class was over. We bought one of their cheese making kits to take home, and I’ve already made cheese three times since! Everything we learned in class translated perfectly to making it in our own kitchen. If you're looking for a unique weekend outing, a great time with adult family, or just want to learn a cool new skill, do not hesitate to book a class here. We can't wait to come back!

Beware this seller. I came across originally on an Amazon purchase. Paula totally misrepresented the product I did not know I would need to use a microwave to use this kit which was not disclosed in the ad. The actual kit and packets Inside were tiny and cheaply made.I had no idea this kit was so small .It was impossible to deal with this seller through Amazon which refunded my money. Paula was no help and does not stand by the products. Paula has an incredible ego and just keeps repeating how everyone loves her stuff. Yada, yada well I didn't and I fell ripped off. In business, you just cannot make everyone happy, but you do have to stand behind your products.

Response from the owner · 3 years ago

Ms. Todd, I have told you Numerous times now, that you do not need to use a microwave!! I have even emailed you the directions directly vs you following the directions in your booklet about where to locate them. Cheaply made?? I do not MAKE cheese making ingredients. I purchase them from the top supplier to the USA from France. I do stand behind my products when dealing with reasonable customers. You purchased a product that is defined, pictured and specifically says NON-returnable from Amazon, where I have zero control as to the return policy. Before even waiting the 4 hours that it took me to reply, you blasted me with a 1 star review that cannot be removed by me even if I refunded you. Tell me as a business owner why after what you wrote, the udder false statements about my being non responsive, after 3 emails in 48 hours, that the kit Requires a microwave, would I make any exceptions? Especially when your issue was that you don’t have a microwave. I fixed that issue for you in detail. Then you said the ingredients were too small, I explained that Milk is the star and then now it’s that it’s cheaply made. You’re right, I cannot make everyone happy no matter how hard I try.

Hi, the kits are not beginner and intermediate. They are all beginners and as the offer pages explain, the beginner just makes the 4 basic cheeses and is our most affordable starter kit. The ultimate builds off that, offers a thermometer, Cultures, Lipase and more recipes. As the additional recipes require the culture and lipase not included in the basic beginner kit. All of our recipes are Fahrenheit. Thank you and feel free to ask any questions you might have or join our FB group, Cheesemaking for beginners.

What a well packaged kit! Everything you need to begin your journey! I made a batch of feta when my kit first arrived! It was an amazing three day journey! Far simpler than you might think! Try it!!

I had such a great time in the beginner's cheese making class. The owner is so sweet and knowledgeable about cheeses. I really felt pretty confident about trying to make my own soft cheeses when I left the class. I would definitely recommend these classes to anyone wanting to learn to make their own basic cheeses or give the gift of experience to another.
