Zach and Michael were both friendly, helpful and efficient. Zach clearly explained what they were going to do and what they they discovered and made recommendations for future care, especially on my dryer vents. He patiently answered all my questions. He is a gem. Oh, and my carpets look beautiful!
Zachary and "D" were excellent today! Both were very respectful and efficient! I will recommend your services to others...especially dryer vent cleaning ...a necessity to prevent the potential of a home fire.
Gavin and Race did a great job. They are very professional. I asked if I could have my rugs n dog bed done in addition to my scheduled cleaning of my couch and recliner and they were able to do it. I highly recommend them. Brenda
Both Cliff and Marcus were professional and kind. They explained everything they were doing and listened to my concerns thoroughly. I’ve used Stanley Steamer for a handful of years now. I’ve had many dogs come through my house so my concern of having that “pet” smell is always present. (They have always rectified…

Both Javen and Leotis were extremely professional and thorough with their inspection of my air ducts. Very happy with the professionalism and service provided by Adam.
The outcome was great but a little disappointed. When I went to set up on line there was no option for a sectional couch so I selected couch but when the driver arrived he told me they needed to charge 40 dollars more. Seems a little bit of a bait and switch as I would have don't more comparison shopping if I had know the true price
The technicians were wonderful and did an amazing job !!
The Stanley Steamer employee, Casey Adams, did an exceptional job. We were very pleased with the service.
Fast service and very professional!
The 2 gentlemen that came to clean (Quincey and Taye) were professional; also very kind and patient in explaining to an elderly homeowner. They cleaned up an old worn carpet as good as we could’ve expected.
The guys did a great job! Very professional!
