Gavin and Troy were very nice and professional. They answered all my questions and did a thorough job on our 2 rooms and stairs. The carpets definitely look and smell cleaner. Besides high traffic areas, stains look like they came out pretty good while wet. I would recommend Stanley steamer and have them return in the future.

Here’s my issue…. Entered all rooms accurately and when they get onsite, the day of cleaning, price went up over $200. What am I gonna do? It’s a simple steam carpet cleaning. I will say, I feel other companies we’ve used in the area in the past, carpets dried much faster. 6 hours later and carpets are very wet.

The techs did an excellent job at cleaning all the floors in our house before we moved in on a tight timeline. They also worked with us and waited at the house for us to arrive for about 40 minutes towards the end of the day to get the clean in during the only open window we had. Overall, great service!

The gentlemen, Calvin and Cliff, were both respectful, considerate and kind. I was impressed with their positive attitude! They did a great job cleaning the carpet. Five stars and then some! Thank you Calvin and Cliff.
