Stanley Steemer

Gavin and Troy were very nice and professional. They answered all my questions and did a thorough job on our 2 rooms and stairs. The carpets definitely look and smell cleaner. Besides high traffic areas, stains look like they came out pretty good while wet. I would recommend Stanley steamer and have them return in the future.

Great job! Very courteous and knowledgeable.

Race and Troy are a great hardworking team that gets the job done and are very professional.

Kudos to Stanley Steemer for a punctual and swift appointment window to resolve my career cleaning needs. The Technician was prompt, honest and detailed at the time of their visit.

My husband and I are very satisfied with the job Stanley steamer did cleaning our carpet and area rugs! The best it has looked. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient! Would highly recommend!!

Great service, was fast and even drove out to Door County!

Trashaun was very friendly and explained the process he was going to do and did a very good job on our carpets. I hope the next time we can have him come back to do our carpets again they look great.

Here’s my issue…. Entered all rooms accurately and when they get onsite, the day of cleaning, price went up over $200. What am I gonna do? It’s a simple steam carpet cleaning. I will say, I feel other companies we’ve used in the area in the past, carpets dried much faster. 6 hours later and carpets are very wet.

I have had Stanley Steamer before but have never gotten the exceptional results I experienced today. The carpets look new! THANK YOU!

Very professional and friendly!

The 2 gentlemen were very nice, approachable, professional and knowledgeable! Wonderful experience!! I have used Stanley Steemer for quite a few years and never had a bad experience! And the spot remover that you can buy is GREAT!!!!

The techs did an excellent job at cleaning all the floors in our house before we moved in on a tight timeline. They also worked with us and waited at the house for us to arrive for about 40 minutes towards the end of the day to get the clean in during the only open window we had. Overall, great service!

The techs were absolutely amazing. So professional. Showed me every stain they couldn’t get out. The price was ok. I had to have a 3x3 landing done and was charged an additional $24 which I thought was a bit steep. I also paid for deodorizing which will be covered in my next comment. My biggest complaint is I paid… Read full review

Highly recommend the team at Stanley Steemer. We've got two dogs and 3 kids and the high traffic areas this time of year needed a refresh. John is fantastic as a technician as well. Knowledgeable and informative on options without a hard sell pressure situation. Great job, carpets look and smell amazing!

Zachary and "D" were excellent today! Both were very respectful and efficient! I will recommend your services to others...especially dryer vent cleaning ...a necessity to prevent the potential of a home fire.

Unprofessional and unprepared. The 2 techs didn’t want to do the work. They did a very poor job and got water everywhere. My house now smells worse than before stanly steemer did their” cleaning”
