Trashaun was very friendly and explained the process he was going to do and did a very good job on our carpets. I hope the next time we can have him come back to do our carpets again they look great.

The techs did an excellent job at cleaning all the floors in our house before we moved in on a tight timeline. They also worked with us and waited at the house for us to arrive for about 40 minutes towards the end of the day to get the clean in during the only open window we had. Overall, great service!

These two guys were incredibly friendly, professional, respectful of my home and yard. We had one carpeted room cleaned specifically for pet odor issues. Paid 177$ with extra deodorizer and it was completely worth it.

I called in the afternoon Monday 30th for service by Wednesday. They jumped in and had service the same day. Very professional young men. I used your service a year ago and was happy with the outcome. I requested the same person to come again. Surprised, he came again.

Treyshaun is a nice man who knows what he is doing. He had to work under time pressure due to a short notice water shutoff. No problem. He moved up and down steps quickly, did the job with care, and left us with a clean white carpet.

I love using Stanley steemer! They are professional, quick and my carpets always look and smell great. With having 2 large dogs, I have them cleaned and deodorized once a year and it's always a phenomenal job done by the gentlemen that come. The company was very communicative and timely. The work and equipment was professional and I would use them again. My only complaint is that they worked around all furnishing even small coffee tables instead of cleaning underneath them.

Will called ahead to let me know when he was arriving. Told me how long it would take to do the cleaning and how long to dry. He even moved furniture and suggested using fans to speed up the drying process. Would definitely recommend! Thanks Will.

Our Technicians Joe and Will were fantastic, friendly, professional and dedicated to getting the best results for us. Wow! What a great job they did in cleaning and reviving my 14 yr old carpeting. They team was prompt and thorough and explained everything in detail. Polite and easy to work with. Brandon worked alone and cleaned the floors in the entire house (carpets and tile floors). The house looks amazing and we would never have been able to do this on our own.

They came to clean my 5 yr old cream carpet and he was very fast with the whole process. The carpets are cleaner but I wasn’t wowed like I thought I would be. Now that could be because my carpet has been destroyed since we have 7 kids but I guess I thought it would look “lighter” than it does.

The work was completed very well on timely. The only complaint I have is on the bill was added a service charge. I feel if I receive a quote from some company to a job, that this is the price I will pay. That's the point of the quote.

Techs were very nice but the carpet looks the same. As I think of it, I don't remember the presence of any steam so I wonder if they were using cold water. Couple stains look the same, too, I would have expected those to have been treated. Bummer.

We've heard so many good things about Stanley Steemer, not to mention their professionalism, that we felt that it was the right choice. They arrived earlier than expected, which was truly a blessing. They were in and out in less than three hours.

Moved into a new house who’s carpets were cleaned by Stanley Steemer. Either they weren’t actually cleaned or they just did a REALLY BAD Job! Called and they weren’t willing to come look at them because it’s been more than their 10 day guarantee. Didn’t move into our house for 20 days after they were cleaned. Will not refer them to anyone.
