Gavin and Troy were very nice and professional. They answered all my questions and did a thorough job on our 2 rooms and stairs. The carpets definitely look and smell cleaner. Besides high traffic areas, stains look like they came out pretty good while wet. I would recommend Stanley steamer and have them return in the future.

John was very detailed and thorough! Personable and friendly! He helped with general carpet and area rug cleaning and deodorizing- as well as pet stains.

Very fast with a quote and then got serviced the next day. All workers were professional and kind. We are very satisfied with the cleaning on the concrete flooring in the unfinished part of our basement and how effective they were! We will use them again in the future.

These two guys were incredibly friendly, professional, respectful of my home and yard. We had one carpeted room cleaned specifically for pet odor issues. Paid 177$ with extra deodorizer and it was completely worth it.

I had a sectional cleaned.They showed up on time and were friendly and polite. He went right to work and when he finished, he wiped up the floors. I would definitely call them again. It's only been a couple of hours and the couch is still wet, but it looks much cleaner and smells clean.

John was fantastic. So happy to have the carpets cleaned. There was pet odors from the previous occupants that I was unable to get out with store bought enzyme destroyer and shampooing. The carpets smell so fresh. My kids will be thrilled when they are home to know their room smells clean and I am now comfortable with them having friends over to play

Josh and Joe arrived on time, were refreshingly polite and respectful. They treated my furnishings professionally, did an exemplary cleaning in short order and tidied up before leaving. Very professional!! Moved into a home with white carpeting that was trashed and had several animal urine stains and they took care of it and gave me peace of mind that it was sanitized and looks AMAZING. Stanley Steemer, specifically Will, was punctual, efficient, and produced great results cleaning our carpets of various stains and just dirt in general.

He was right on time, clearly had a routine/process he knew well because everything was done with detail but swiftly, especially considering he was alone. Greatly appreciated!

The company was very communicative and timely. The work and equipment was professional and I would use them again. My only complaint is that they worked around all furnishing even small coffee tables instead of cleaning underneath them.

They were in and out and did a fantastic job getting out all of the problem stains I had.

Justin gave great recommendations. He was upfront and honest about wether he can get some of the stains out due to the age of the stain. He was able to get majority of the stains out. He gave great advice on what to do for after the cleaning was done. My carpet turned out beautiful.

Will called ahead to let me know when he was arriving. Told me how long it would take to do the cleaning and how long to dry. He even moved furniture and suggested using fans to speed up the drying process. Would definitely recommend! Thanks Will.

Our Technicians Joe and Will were fantastic, friendly, professional and dedicated to getting the best results for us. They were able to remove pet stains that we thought we permanent, our carpet looks new again. Fast service and very professional!

Brandon worked alone and cleaned the floors in the entire house (carpets and tile floors). The house looks amazing and we would never have been able to do this on our own.

We've heard so many good things about Stanley Steemer, not to mention their professionalism, that we felt that it was the right choice. They arrived earlier than expected, which was truly a blessing. They were in and out in less than three hours.

Moved into a new house who’s carpets were cleaned by Stanley Steemer. Either they weren’t actually cleaned or they just did a REALLY BAD Job! Called and they weren’t willing to come look at them because it’s been more than their 10 day guarantee. Didn’t move into our house for 20 days after they were cleaned. Will not refer them to anyone.

Coming down stairs early this morning we found out one of our dogs had covered several rooms in very runny diarrhea, we called Stanley Steamer in a panic and prayed they would be able to come out that same day.
