We were very happy with our Stanley Steemer service. The team of Cliff and Favion were very personable and completed the task within their allotted time. They made sure the discount we had a promo code for was applied to our bill. We definitely will use this service again.

I had a sectional cleaned. They showed up on time and were friendly and polite. He went right to work and when he finished, he wiped up the floors. I would definitely call them again. It's only been a couple of hours and the couch is still wet, but it looks much cleaner and smells clean.

Attendee was very pleasant but did my living carpet and furniture in less than hour. I think it was too rushed. I would have liked him to take more time on services.

The young man was professional and worked quickly.

Trevor was great. He listened to my concerns about our sofas and asked me to recheck for spots. He was very professional and polite.

Mason was timely with the jobs being done. He also let me know in advance that high traffic carpet areas may not come out fully. Which they did not but I was really hoping they would. He did go over the areas one extra time when asked. A stain that had been bugging me for awhile did come out so that was exciting.… Read full review

They did a great job, but when scheduling it only gave me the option to select a love seat so the actual price was triple what the website quote said. There maybe should be an option on the website to select something bigger than a loveseat.

The team was professional, efficient, and did a great job

Was very prompt and professional. Cleaned my couches quickly. Thank you, they look shades brighter! Prices were really reasonable as well.

Real-time tracking to see when your cleaning will happen! Sharp, courteous, professional. They were prepared with door-fitting to allow their work while ensuring my cats didn’t get out.

Our dogs had made lots of messes on furniture, after these guys cleaned , it all looked brand new. Very respectful while in my home !

Tyler and his assistant did a great job on the carpet and chair.I highly recommend them!

I called and they squeezed me in same day. They were friendly and made sure to work extra hard to get the Saint Bernard slobber and smell out of the couch. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Very professional, on time, got the job done in a timely manner.

John was great. He was beyond thorough on 28 year old furniture. Had pet hair and stains and it looks so beautiful; almost brand new, especially considering it's a cream color that had turned almost yellow from us former smokers and the pet stains. Can't wait for it to dry so we can sit on it! 🙂

Wonderful professional staff. Very thorough! Will definitely use them again!

The staff are always so nice and informative. I’ve gotten them for our furniture & hardwood floors multiple times in the last few years now and will continue to do so in the future!

Will called ahead to let me know when he was arriving. Told me how long it would take to do the cleaning and how long to dry. He even moved furniture and suggested using fans to speed up the drying process. Would definitely recommend! Thanks Will.

Stanley Steemer (in the person of Calvin and Tyler) came on time and were so quick and efficient in getting the spare bedroom carpet looking nearly new. Fast service and very professional!

Stanley Steemer did an excellent job informing me of the cost change before service (have a sectional, not a sofa) and explained how I would be better off with a different package than the one I was originally going to go with which saved me money! They were professional and did a great job cleaning the couch. Highly recommend! Thanks!

Very good service. Both gentlemen did an awesome job & were friendly & professional.

The 2 gentlemen that came to clean (Quincey and Taye) were professional; also very kind and patient in explaining to an elderly homeowner. They cleaned up an old worn carpet as good as we could’ve expected.
