I've been getting my carpets clean by Stanley's steamer for many years. This year there was a little problem, but they came right back and fixed the issue for me. Excellent service.
We had a great experience. He was friendly, courteous, and thorough. He explained all my options and assessed the job prior to starting.
The team was really good and helped us identify where we needed some extra care.
Today’s team Prudencio and Jose were stellar! Give Prudencio a raise! What a worker. Jose is a newbie, and Prudencio seemed he wanted to do the lion’s share, but what a team. Thank you, Stanley Steemer. I believe this was my 6th or 7th time. Excellent!
Victor and Jose were so pleasant, professional and very helpful. Stanley Steemer sends text messages to update you on the arrival of the technician and their picture. They moved all the furniture and put it all back. Great job. I will be using them again.
The guys who cleaned my rugs and stair carpet were great. Prompt and polite. I’m sure they did the job exactly as they were supposed to. My issue is that this service does not get your rugs clean. Don’t be misled (like I was) by thinking it will. Now that my rugs are dry, I can see they are not much cleaner than…

Finally got our rug cleaned after owning it for about 8 years. It looks good as new and the service was very good! They made sure to they got the old A1 sauce stain and dirt and dust out. Will definitely hire them again in the future !

I had an area rug picked up to be cleaned. They returned it to me a week later crusty and significantly dirtier than when I had it picked up. Used my own bissel on the corner of the rug and it was disgusting They refused to refund me
