Today was the first time we used Stanely Steemer to clean our carpets - From start to finish we had a positive experience - Making an appointment was very easy - Customer Svc was very friendly and answered all of my questions - They text you a half hour before your appointment time and to let you they're on the way - We thought they were going to be here around 4p but lucky for us they were able to come by 1p - Andre was very kind and nice - He went over every single thing with my mom and I - In less than 2 hrs they were done - We live in a 5 bdrm house - 3 bathrms - 1 study - dining rm and family rm and staircase all carpeted and we added a couple of carpet runners - They did an amazing job and our carpets look great - I highly recommend Stanely Steemer - Btw... They're so much more than just a business that cleans carpets - They do upholstery cleaning - leather cleaning - area rugs - water damage repairs - air duct and vent cleaning - pet stain and odor removal - grout cleaning - marble and wood floors and more...

They cleaned our HVAC vents and Dryer vent and as you can tell , we are highly recommending the company and these young servicemen. 5 star is not enough. :):)
