Stanley Steemer

I've been getting my carpets clean by Stanley's steamer for many years. This year there was a little problem, but they came right back and fixed the issue for me. Excellent service.

We had a great experience. He was friendly, courteous, and thorough. He explained all my options and assessed the job prior to starting.

The team was really good and helped us identify where we needed some extra care.

Today’s team Prudencio and Jose were stellar! Give Prudencio a raise! What a worker. Jose is a newbie, and Prudencio seemed he wanted to do the lion’s share, but what a team. Thank you, Stanley Steemer. I believe this was my 6th or 7th time. Excellent!

Victor and Jose were so pleasant, professional and very helpful. Stanley Steemer sends text messages to update you on the arrival of the technician and their picture. They moved all the furniture and put it all back. Great job. I will be using them again.

The guys who cleaned my rugs and stair carpet were great. Prompt and polite. I’m sure they did the job exactly as they were supposed to. My issue is that this service does not get your rugs clean. Don’t be misled (like I was) by thinking it will. Now that my rugs are dry, I can see they are not much cleaner than… Read full review

Finally got our rug cleaned after owning it for about 8 years. It looks good as new and the service was very good! They made sure to they got the old A1 sauce stain and dirt and dust out. Will definitely hire them again in the future !

Mateo and Alejandro did a great job! They acted very professional and worked quickly. They were great! They also helped with our dog grooming device that was stuck. Thank you Stanley Steamer for such professional staff! They are an asset to your company!

Tyler was great! Professional and quick

Tech very professional..on time..and very nice.... Very conscience...carpet was in bad shape..now it looks great.

Very professional, and easy to deal with. Will recommend.

I had an area rug picked up to be cleaned. They returned it to me a week later crusty and significantly dirtier than when I had it picked up. Used my own bissel on the corner of the rug and it was disgusting They refused to refund me

Antwain was great! Prompt, worked throughly, polite, great customer service & the carpets looks amazing!

They were great in every way- professional, knowledgeable, effective, courteous and friendly. Highly recommend!

Victor and Charlie were prompt, professional, and incredibly hard working. Cleaning the tile was one of the last steps in my renovation process and they were so careful with the new paint, carpet, and woodwork. They were communicative about each step of the process and let me know exactly how to treat all the newly… Read full review

Nick was awesome! Although I have been using Stanley Steemer for approximately 6 years, no one has ever offered the membership package. Abel was great!!!!!!. He was the best so far since I've been using Stanley Steemer. My carpet is very old which means that he had to put elbow juice in the cleaning. He removed spots that had never been removed. Thanks Abel. Good job. You Get a thumbs up 👍

Ray is amazing… we’ve been using him for many years now & recommend him to anyone who asks. We will not use another Tech unless he (Ray) is not available & the recommendation for another comes directly from Ray! Thank you Ray for your years of fabulous professional workmanship🙂

I’ve only used them twice and both times supersede my expectations I have very light color carpet that had been stained and soiled Overtime and they accomplished damn near every stain. Anything can look clean when it’s wet the magic is in the drying. I am still happy and amazed. Ask for Jarred . He’s very professional. And hard working

Always happy with the results! We signed up for the year round discount plan and are very glad we did. Not only do we have our carpets don (even our high traffic areas look good!), but we also do our dining chairs and our big family sectional. Our sectional is cream colored lol with 2 dogs, 2 cats and a 10 year old!… Read full review

Ray was a pleasure to work with! He was very professional and knew his job. We had our air ducts cleaned, carpet cleaning and furniture cleaned all in the same day and Ray handled every job like a professional. Very knowledgeable! Thank you very much Ray! We will use Stanley Steemer again!

A lot of attention to detail. No pressure to buy add-ons

The team was very professional, efficient, and friendly, and the results were beyond what I expected! We had two bad stains that have vanished. Thank you!

Curtis did an excellent job and was so pleasant. He went above and beyond with his services. I highly recommend Curtis he did an awesome job!

Michael was great! On time, courteous and informative, efficient and capable. My area rug is white shag, old and very dirty. It didn’t come out like new but definitely much better! The deodorizer they use has tea tree in it so it smells natural and fresh (also an improvement for this rug), not like harsh chemicals. Thanks Michael! Will use SS again.

I was not expecting to have this really intense project done so quickly. I called less than 24 hours ago and I was scheduled for the next morning. Michael showed up on time, he was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and incredibly efficient. He told me about additional services that I wasn’t aware of and I… Read full review

Michael was prompt, polite and did a great job. The rugs are outdoors drying, so I don’t have pictures. It’s because of technicians like Michael why consumers seek out your services!

Excellent job..I would highly recommend Michael!

Eulises and Kristofer just finished up and all I can say is…wow. We’ve been using another carpet and upholstery cleaning service for the last 20 years and after a couple sloppy jobs, decided it was time for a change. Booking with Stanley Steemer was a breeze and their follow up protocol with text, email and call to… Read full review

Anthony was awesome! He was able to help work with us in a last minute addition and he was so fast/efficient. Greatly appreciated his professionalism and his flexibility working around our schedule with our newborn.

Anthony was amazing. He did a great job. I can tell a huge difference. When I do get this service again, I will request Anthony each and every time!

Richard and his coworker were very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I'm very pleased with there service.

friendly and quick

Had my tile floors, area rug and couch cleaned and man what a difference! So easy to work with, such great work, and worth every penny.

I requested 2 people because of the size of the rug and because of the furniture that had to be moved. Customer service person on the phone did not dispatch this information 🙄 So my rug is not as clean as it could be because only 1 person was dispatched...ugh

Staff professional and friendly….service was quick, very well done, and reasonably priced.

Right on time. Courteous and professional. Couldn’t be more pleased.

My persian 10×13 rug needed cleaning. The service men removed the rug and replaced the furniture carefully. They were very respectful of my home. The first cleaning was not well but it was redone without issue. I wish the cleaner had been as consciousness as the pickup guys. And so it is.
