The team was excellent. Thorough, professional, and friendly. So glad my neighbor recommended them. Service is not limited to rugs or furniture. They dis an excellent job of my floors and tiles.
Manuel did the work on his own. He arrived when expected, was very efficient in getting set up, moved the furniture as directed, and did a great job cleaning the carpet and a couch. It was a lot of work and he just pushed through.
Today was the first time we used Stanely Steemer to clean our carpets - From start to finish we had a positive experience - Making an appointment was very easy - Customer Svc was very friendly and answered all of my questions - They text you a half hour before your appointment time and to let you they're on the way…

The price was fair/reasonable. But Ismael did a fantastic job. He went above and beyond and did a tremendous job. I’m so glad I didn’t rent a rug doctor and do the job myself! I've been getting my carpets clean by Stanley's steamer for many years. This year there was a little problem, but they came right back and fixed the issue for me. Excellent service.
All the terrible spots are gone it smells great. My carpet looks like New Sergio was prompt, polite, professional in and out within two hours helped put the furniture back but most amazingly I have a small dog who peed all over the carpet and it was bad and it looks brand new.
They did an excellent job. The tech was very personable.

The guys who cleaned my rugs and stair carpet were great. Prompt and polite. I’m sure they did the job exactly as they were supposed to. My issue is that this service does not get your rugs clean.
