The team was excellent. Thorough, professional, and friendly. So glad my neighbor recommended them. Service is not limited to rugs or furniture. They dis an excellent job of my floors and tiles.
Manuel did the work on his own. He arrived when expected, was very efficient in getting set up, moved the furniture as directed, and did a great job cleaning the carpet and a couch. It was a lot of work and he just pushed through.
Today was the first time we used Stanely Steemer to clean our carpets - From start to finish we had a positive experience - Making an appointment was very easy - Customer Svc was very friendly and answered all of my questions - They text you a half hour before your appointment time and to let you they're on the way…
He did a good job
Service was amazing and they did a beautiful job on my stair's carpet. Also, getting a quote and arranging time on line was fantastic. You are my go to from now on. Thank you.
The price was fair/reasonable. But Ismael did a fantastic job. He went above and beyond and did a tremendous job. I’m so glad I didn’t rent a rug doctor and do the job myself! Would highly recommend Stanley Steamer in the future. And Ismael is an asset to the company. Next time, I’m requesting him again. -Thank you!
I've been getting my carpets clean by Stanley's steamer for many years. This year there was a little problem, but they came right back and fixed the issue for me. Excellent service.
All the terrible spots are gone it smells great. My carpet looks like New Sergio was prompt, polite, professional in and out within two hours helped put the furniture back but most amazingly I have a small dog who peed all over the carpet and it was bad and it looks brand new.
They did an excellent job. The tech was very personable.
Ismael is the best!!! He problem-solved to help meet our needs!
Ryan was very courteous, and very pleasant to have in the house doing the cleaning. The job was very efficient and the carpets look wonderful, and look forward to having him come back in about 3 months.

Had a 2-man team today. Both super knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all my questions. Carpeting looks and smells good.
Good people and great job.
Today’s team Prudencio and Jose were stellar! Give Prudencio a raise! What a worker. Jose is a newbie, and Prudencio seemed he wanted to do the lion’s share, but what a team. Thank you, Stanley Steemer. I believe this was my 6th or 7th time. Excellent!
The guys who cleaned my rugs and stair carpet were great. Prompt and polite. I’m sure they did the job exactly as they were supposed to. My issue is that this service does not get your rugs clean. Don’t be misled (like I was) by thinking it will. Now that my rugs are dry, I can see they are not much cleaner than…
Nick Lopez was very professional and knowledgeable. Would love to have him back for my future services.
Very professional, very personal, very clean, very funny, great job overall. Thank you.

Chris was great—very friendly and professional. Did a great job!
Courteous and thorough
Curtis was on time—he was kind, knowledgeable and professional. The carpets look new (they are 25 years old—3 children were raised walking/playing on them)! The couches were dry in an hour and were spotless. The only time our kitchen floor was this clean was when we moved in. Thank you Stanley Steamer—my mother used…
The workers were great but the billl was deceiving. I initially requested cleaning deodorizing and protection which came out to $184. In the breakdown deodorizing was $42. When I told workers I did not want deodorizing (my husband is sick and I didn’t want smell to aggravate his cough) the amount was still $184.…

Nicholas did an excellent job. He explained the process & asked if I'd like a Scotchguard treatment & I said yes! His reminder to be careful walking on the surface & to allow 24hrs for the rugs to dry was appreciated. Nicholas is definitely a professional, kind, & an all around great employee. Thank you for your services.

My only ask would have been to put wood chairs off of table with the foot covers and not leave them on the tables until the carpet dries. Also for the other wood furniture to put them with foam or covers to make sure they aren’t damaged.
On time. Professional. Polite.

They did a great job overall. It would have been nice if they had more than 2 blankets to protect my floors and walls from potential damage from moving the hoses. Fortunately I had 5 moving pads that I let them use which protected my house and walls.
The men worked hard, they protected areas that were not to be washed and finished in 2.5 hours. I’m happy with the results,

The gentleman who performed the service were wonderful — worked hard, did a good job and were respectful. However, as a 20 year customer, I was extremely disappointed in the service department. While I understand the workers had reasons to be more than an hour late, I did not receive a call from the service dept and…

Wonderful job performed by Valentino and Daniel!
I'm not satisfied with the services I received. The employees did their best but they cannot do their job with faulty equipment. Stanley Steamer advertises steam cleaning. They say their temperatures start at 150 degrees up to 210, depending on the fabric. However, our experience was that the water was barely warm…

The team was incredibly friendly and professional. I will definitely be calling the company back and will even request the same people if available. My grandmother is very shocked with how clean the carpet looks! Honestly the carpet was older than 7 years and it looks brand new again.
The service is not as good as last time. Last time the worker moved any furniture which he could and cleaned and put blocks beneath, but this time the worker didn’t move the light furniture until I let him do. He didn’t even clean the back of the door but did it after I checked. Hopefully next time the worker can…

Excellent, timely service. Our technicians got out old stains and new! Couldn't be happier!
Alex is a terrific employee and takes pride in his work, unfortunately he was scheduled to clean a 4 bedroom home at 4pm. A whole house carpet cleaning should be scheduled in the morning when the technician is not worn out from prior customers, as was evident the last rooms were not not nearly as clean as the first rooms.
Super quick and easy to schedule online. They came to the house the next day and cleaned my very large wool area rug!
Jorge and Patricio were professional and did a great job. The price was reasonable and the carpet looks great. Thanks!
