Stanley Steemer

The team was excellent. Thorough, professional, and friendly. So glad my neighbor recommended them. Service is not limited to rugs or furniture. They dis an excellent job of my floors and tiles.

Manuel did the work on his own. He arrived when expected, was very efficient in getting set up, moved the furniture as directed, and did a great job cleaning the carpet and a couch. It was a lot of work and he just pushed through.

Today was the first time we used Stanely Steemer to clean our carpets - From start to finish we had a positive experience - Making an appointment was very easy - Customer Svc was very friendly and answered all of my questions - They text you a half hour before your appointment time and to let you they're on the way… Read full review

He did a good job

Service was amazing and they did a beautiful job on my stair's carpet. Also, getting a quote and arranging time on line was fantastic. You are my go to from now on. Thank you.

The price was fair/reasonable. But Ismael did a fantastic job. He went above and beyond and did a tremendous job. I’m so glad I didn’t rent a rug doctor and do the job myself! Would highly recommend Stanley Steamer in the future. And Ismael is an asset to the company. Next time, I’m requesting him again. -Thank you!

I've been getting my carpets clean by Stanley's steamer for many years. This year there was a little problem, but they came right back and fixed the issue for me. Excellent service.

All the terrible spots are gone it smells great. My carpet looks like New Sergio was prompt, polite, professional in and out within two hours helped put the furniture back but most amazingly I have a small dog who peed all over the carpet and it was bad and it looks brand new.

They did an excellent job. The tech was very personable.

Ismael is the best!!! He problem-solved to help meet our needs!

Ryan was very courteous, and very pleasant to have in the house doing the cleaning. The job was very efficient and the carpets look wonderful, and look forward to having him come back in about 3 months.

Arrived promptly worked quickly and efficiently always with a smile

Excellent service, will have them come again.

Chris and Nick were very professional and very friendly! I was so sure that I had to replace my carpet. But thanks to Stanley Steamer for making my carpet look brand new!! I strongly recommend Stanley Steamer!

Had a 2-man team today. Both super knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all my questions. Carpeting looks and smells good.

Good people and great job.

Today’s team Prudencio and Jose were stellar! Give Prudencio a raise! What a worker. Jose is a newbie, and Prudencio seemed he wanted to do the lion’s share, but what a team. Thank you, Stanley Steemer. I believe this was my 6th or 7th time. Excellent!

The guys who cleaned my rugs and stair carpet were great. Prompt and polite. I’m sure they did the job exactly as they were supposed to. My issue is that this service does not get your rugs clean. Don’t be misled (like I was) by thinking it will. Now that my rugs are dry, I can see they are not much cleaner than… Read full review

Courteous and thorough

Curtis was on time—he was kind, knowledgeable and professional. The carpets look new (they are 25 years old—3 children were raised walking/playing on them)! The couches were dry in an hour and were spotless. The only time our kitchen floor was this clean was when we moved in. Thank you Stanley Steamer—my mother used… Read full review

The workers were great but the billl was deceiving. I initially requested cleaning deodorizing and protection which came out to $184. In the breakdown deodorizing was $42. When I told workers I did not want deodorizing (my husband is sick and I didn’t want smell to aggravate his cough) the amount was still $184.… Read full review

Nicholas did an excellent job. He explained the process & asked if I'd like a Scotchguard treatment & I said yes! His reminder to be careful walking on the surface & to allow 24hrs for the rugs to dry was appreciated. Nicholas is definitely a professional, kind, & an all around great employee. Thank you for your services.
