Lawrence did an awesome job!

Technicians were great to work with. Very professional and made carpet look almost new, thanks again

I had an area rug cleaned . The worker seemed a bit rattled and had trouble parking the vehicle . Then I don’t think he totally covered my rug . I asked him to clean one spot extra and not sure he did . He also asked to use my restroom which I don’t think is policy . He was a very nice person . Very nice . But maybe needs more training .

Professional and courtesy

I asked him to please do the closet in the master bedroom. He said sure, then didn’t do it. I wasn’t wanting anything free.Just the carpet cleaned and would have paid extra. You would think the closet in a very small room would be included. Very disappointed with the results.

He did a great job. One thing that was not positive is that you don't require the technician to wear protective wear over the shoes. We don't wear shoes in our house. Allen is pleasant and conscientious of his work. Our dogs take a toll on our carpet. Stanley Steemer helps us manage that and Allen takes the time to ensure our carpet looks like new.

I’ve been using Stanley Steemer for years now, they never disappoint! Bailey was awesome! I will definitely use her every time in the future if she’s available. What a professional! She did a thorough and excellent job cleaning my nasty carpets today!! Very professional and helpful! I’m now going to make an appointment to get our air ducts cleaned out!

Our person was great love him

We have been longtime customers of Stanley Steemer and our cleaning today was the best experience we have ever had! Austin & William were professional, kind and Informative! Highly recommend them for all your cleaning needs 😍

Bailey was very cordial, and did a good job. Question, though: Why wouldn't Stanley Steemer, as a practice, use a floor cloth of some sort when cleaning upholstery on a [real] hardwood floor? Very professional and did a thorough job of cleaning my carpet. Would recommend their services.

The only problem I have with Stanley Steemer is the time they get to arrive. Our time was told 8am to 12:00pm. They arrived at two minutes to 12:00 pm. I would rather have a better arrival time. Other than that, the job was superb.

Great job all around! Derrick explained the process, inspected the room prior to service, and told us what to expect.

UPDATE...Today a representative, Steven, came out to correct what I saw as a disappointing result from my recent cleaning. Not only did he rectify the problem, but he was very gracious in acknowledging the issue. When he left, I felt that the job had been done to my satisfaction. Thank you for your good customer… Read full review

Mike did an amazing job for our house. We had two rooms cleaned, an area rug and a sectional. He took an 11 year old sectional that had never been cleaned and made it look as good as new! He really took his time and made sure we were completely satisfied which we are! Thank you Mike!!
