Nick and Aric were great. Explained everything well, and were complete yet efficient. I think the duct and dryer vent cleaning took 3 hours. The method was sound to me. It didn't hurt that we had good news about our very old system and ducts but they were very complete in their inspection. Super glad I went with Stanley Steamer!
