I have used Staneley Steemer several times in the past and have not had any issues. However today was not the normal experience. My service was scheduled between 8 and 12. I did not hear from anyone untill after I called at 11 am. The technician was not here untill 1225. Then the van did not work and it took an hour… Read full review

Lawrence did an awesome job!

Technicians were great to work with. Very professional and made carpet look almost new, thanks again

I had an area rug cleaned . The worker seemed a bit rattled and had trouble parking the vehicle . Then I don’t think he totally covered my rug . I asked him to clean one spot extra and not sure he did . He also asked to use my restroom which I don’t think is policy . He was a very nice person . Very nice . But maybe needs more training .

Professional and courtesy

Bryan was super nice, communicative and left our carpets in way better shape after dogs + toddlers left their marks. Would definitely recommend Bryan and Stanley Steamer!

Great service and my rugs look great!!

He was very friendly and took detailed time to make sure it was clean! Thank you!

He was professional and helpful. Gave me advice on what to do at home. Quick too

My window of service was 8-12, Allan was there right at 8. He was very professional, quick, and the carpets look great!

I asked him to please do the closet in the master bedroom. He said sure, then didn’t do it. I wasn’t wanting anything free.Just the carpet cleaned and would have paid extra. You would think the closet in a very small room would be included. Very disappointed with the results.

With having kids and pets it’s necessary to me to keep carpets clean. I have relied on this company to keep up with life for going on two years. Always great service and advice given by each service technician, Austin went above and beyond to make sure I was well educated about multiple surfaces and answer questions. 💯 % satisfaction!

Great job- fast and friendly service Carpet cleaned up well also cleaned out linoleum- looks great

Lawrence worked on getting rid of puppy accident spots. Seems to have done a great job

He did a great job. One thing that was not positive is that you don't require the technician to wear protective wear over the shoes. We don't wear shoes in our house. So his dirty boots walked all over my house on my rugs which I definitely did not like. Now my area rugs have been walked all over with dirty… Read full review
