Technician was great!

Great service and the guy was very well behaved.

Excellent nice and did an amazing job

James was awesome! He did a walk through with me and let me explain what areas I really wanted him to focus on. He did an amazing job and it took no time! He was very informative, sweet, and has amazing customer service skills. He helped me get the best deal for the service. Definitely recommend him and will be using this service again in the future!

Samuel did a fantastic job on the carpets! We have 3 pets and he made the floors look as good as new!

Our technician was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and personable as well as being respectful of my home. I would recommend him.

This is for the Lexington, KY branch. Terrible experience. During the service, the tech managed to break a ceiling-mounted fan-light fixture by pulling on the chain to try to turn the light on, even though that's not how you turn the light on... the switch was on the wall. The tech left a card for his supervisor… Read full review

They were on time and did a great job They were polite and courteous

Very professional and considerate as well as polite. Worked around my needs in the unit. Will call again if needed.

I have 4 dogs and he worked with me to move them from one room to another. Talked to me like we were friends. He actually lives in my neighborhood so my husband and I made a new friend out of the experience.

Great work. Fast service. Carpets look great.

Great service! Very pleased with the results!

James did an excellent job on our carpet. He gave the carpet very good attention and was a pleasant person. We will have him back again when we need more carpet cleaning!

Excellent job steam cleaning carpeted areas. On time and very professional. I will definitely use Stanley Steemer again.

Very professional and courteous. Answered all of my questions and gave me plenty of information. Will definitely use again. Highly recommended!!

Only thing I did not like is the company policy is for you to make a appointment but there is a window of time for them to show up. So they may not get there at the time when your appointment was made.

The men were friendly and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job.

Chris was great. He removed all spots even gum. Thanks Chris! !

I called this morning and they arrived this afternoon! Great service, the tech was very helpful and the carpet looks perfect. Great Job Stanley!

Great and speedy time. Would recommend this friendly service!

This was my second time using this company.First was Great and this time very poor.Workers were a tad lazy! They showed no interest in doing a good job or caring if I was happy at all.

Arrived within the timeframe indicated, listened to our needs and where to focus the cleaning. Started where we had wanted him to start. Great job, carpet came up better than we had thought and smells 100% better.

Fast, clean and efficient!

I requested a cleaning in Thursday and was able to get a time slot the very next day!l. Dustin and Eric did an excellent job!! They had a cancellation so they called me and came earlier than my time frame which was so helpful. They were efficient and professional! Highly recommend!!

I would have been much happier if they would have worn booties instead of walking on my carpets with their shoes on. What’s the point of even getting them cleaned if they walk all over them.

The guy was super nice he was on time he got straight to work he took his time on every room an made sure it was done right Logan g. should definitely get a raise it was hot outside and he got some burns from where the cords was hot but he left no spots left on the floor and the price wasn’t as expensive as the other company’s usually ask for!

Mark Traylor came to our home and cleaned 4 bedrooms, a hallway and staircase and did an excellent job. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions patiently. I highly recommend him and Stanley Steemer for a professional job.

Cleaned carpets and removed pet stains and odors! Very happy with service! The team that arrived was professional and knowledgeable about the product! They were awesome!

We had pet stains with bad odor, this service with cleaning and deodorants did the trick. Still no odor returning after a week. Very please. Grant was very courteous and professional. Will definitely use Stanley Steemer again.

We thought our dog had destroyed our carpet, but now it looks brand new! The entire process from scheduling to cleaning and payment was so seamless. We will definitely be using them again!

Did a great job, my carpets look and smell very clean!😊.

Cleaning person that showed up did a wonderful job...the office is a mess, disorganized and did not provide accurate information regarding the scheduled time.
