Stanley Steemer

Omar was awesome! Thorough, professional and fast.

Both employees extremely professional , hard working , very friendly . If I didn’t use a competing company previously the carpets came out “ fine”, they are definitely cleaner than before and room smells fresh however very long dry time for carpets , the equipment doesn’t seem to give the carpets the “ like new “… Read full review

Was very pleased with tremendous job that Rondell, Brian and Lamar performed today Very professional and efficient Family is very pleased

Messiah and his crew were on time and quick. They did a fantastic job. So personable and professional. I didn’t think anything could get the years of kids spilling food on the upholstery, but they did. My very old carpet looks good again, and my sectionals, after a few years of dog on them, look great.

Raymond did an excellent job with our area rugs and hardwood floors. He arrived on time, explained the entire process to me as he worked, moved our furniture for the cleaning and put everything back in its original place. Pricing was also very reasonable given the size of the rooms and rugs. I highly recommend both… Read full review

Eugene did a great job! Original service to just clean the surface of area rug but after speaking with the technician decided to send for overall cleaning at their shop. Since already here got sectional cleaned, deodorized and protect because of the light color.

Rhondel took the time necessary to do an excellent job with the carpeting. It was a professional and detailed service... He is the best of the best! Great job Rhondel!... Wayne V.

Messiah and Will were excellent. So friendly and so fast. My rug looks brand new and they recommended doing my kitchen tile floors too - I’m glad they did because it’s never been cleaner. I will definitely have both services again and regularly.

Excellent job by Messiah and Kai! Highly recommend

Caleb and Will were very professional and good at their trade. Caleb and Will made sure we were pleased with the chairs and carpet cleaning. I would not hesitate to hire them again. It was money well spent.

Wil did a great job. He was thorough and got all the stains out from my dogs.

Eugene and Brandon did a great job! They were very knowledgeable and pleasant. Most importantly, they were honest about what cleaning should and should not have been done. We will have them back again.

My technician Eugene was friendly, respectful and did an outstanding job cleaning 2 flights of stair carpeting and area rugs. He was able to restore all the carpeting back to how it looked when it was new 6 years ago !!!

Technician was great! He was punctual, professional and caring. The company should consider improving on the process. Pre treatment must be more than simply spraying a solution. Scrubbing must be a part of the pre-treatment process. Company also must consider going over carpeted areas more than once. A better… Read full review

My elderly parents spoke with a phone representative and received a quote for a deep cleaning and sanitizing carpet service. When the crew showed up they indicated the quote was only for a regular cleaning and only part of the room. The cost more then doubled in cost for a tiny section of carpet between the bedroom… Read full review

Outstanding! K, the service person was exceptional

Frank showed up on time and explained all of the services he was going to perform. He wore "booties" over his shoes during the entire service and this impressed me because we do not wear outside shoes in the house. I had an area rug service and he suggested (since we have a dog) that it would be preferable to bring… Read full review

Ray n Juan were professional and friendly , quick and efficient , thank you

Very nice tech.

Terrific job

Excellent service.

UPDATE: once the rug dried it still smells like pet urine in the spot we were having a problem with and then stain is still there on the edge of the area ☹️ Charles was knowledgeable, on time, and gave us the recommendations to get the most life out of our area rug! The rug is so clean and fresh now!

Courteous, respectful, and polite. Doesn’t matter which technician shows up, they are all well trained. Never had any problems with Stanley Steamer service.

Coleman was very polite and professional. He explained what he was going to do with the cleaning and why after analyzing my carpet and area rug

Showed up on time, did a great job quick and professional!

The service didn’t seem to anything. I have a home machine that I typically use before the holidays that does a much better job. I thought I would save time and get a better clean by using Stanley. I was wrong. I now spend $500 and still have to shampoo the carpets myself. The employees that did the service were… Read full review

Stanley Steemer was excellent. Their rep cleaned a 31 year-old beige rug that has juice stains from 20 years ago and pet stains. It looked brand new afterwards. We had also been debating cleaning the living room rug that is 19 years-old, and he cleaned that, too. We will definitely use this service again! HIGHLY RECOMMEDED.

Great job by these guys. Super responsive when I needed the carpet re-cleaned. Note: carpet looked good initially the first time but after it dried you could see it needed a second go. They came out quickly and tightened it up for me. Couches and dining room chairs came out great the first go round.

Technician Score: 5/5 Overall: 3/5 One of the most important factors was the technician; he was professional & courteous. He was communicable, helped move the furniture, and was polite.
