Eugene came to our home in central NJ and cleaned three of our carpeted rooms and one small couch. He was kind, very respectful, and did an incredible job. Our technician, Lamar, was very helpful and friendly.

Both employees extremely professional , hard working , very friendly . If I didn’t use a competing company previously the carpets came out “ fine”, they are definitely cleaner than before and room smells fresh however very long dry time for carpets , the equipment doesn’t seem to give the carpets the “ like new “… Read full review

Rhondel did a very professional job in cleaning our carpets. He was prompt and efficient and is a true asset of Stanley Steemer. Great job, Rhondel!

Gregory and Michael arrived on time, they were polite and friendly. We have an elderly cat that had accidents on our carpet and as much as we tried to get rid of the smell we could not. They went over those areas extra and I think they got rid of it. They were also very thorough cleaning our large sectional as well. I would highly recommend.

Eugene was PHENOMENAL! super fast, courteous, and professional.

Caleb from Stanley steamer did an amazing job. He cleaned our six piece fabric sectional from Bob’s and thoroughly cleaned our carpeted stairs. I had received a quote from another local cleaning company who said we would have to replace the carpet because they would not be able to take out the pet stain after my dog… Read full review

Something told me to try a new carpet cleaning company. Always listen to your inner voice. Your service is now expensive, and ineffective. I got upsold to add deodarizer, and yet the spots remain. I pointed out one but when these guys left I found more. Why not tell customers upfront that the stains wont be removed.… Read full review

Messiah was efficient and amiable. He explained his process and was very diligent. A true professional. The carpet and the floor look great.

Juan and Michael were wonderful! On time, answered my questions, worked quickly, and the stairs and kitchen area look great. I have used Stanley Steemer (Edison) before and I remain impressed with the knowledge and longevity of their team. It’s an expensive service, even with discounts, but the quality is excellent.

Eugene was amazing! He was able to remove stains that I had given up on literally YEARS ago! I will be requesting him again for my upholstery cleaning!

Raymond and Nick were very professional, very thorough, very attentive to my Carpet needs. They are definitely a Stanley Steemer keeper!! Thank you!

Lamar was very thorough in investigating the odor problem and explaining my options. There was a problem in another room from last cleaning with this service and was very thorough in correcting same.

Messiah and Kai were the consummate professionals and did fantastic work! We did have an issue (not at all with them) on the service we ordered and hope that this will be straightened out after the weekend with the mgmt team.

The team was great! Polite, professional, and kind. Explained everything well and kept me informed. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend for dryer vent cleaning. Also had them clean my area rugs and again, pilot professional, kind and thorough.

Will did a great job. I will definitely ask for him at my next cleaning.

Great job on my carpets by Scotty and Ameer. They were respectful, kind and helpful. Highly Recommend!!!

Extremely satisfied with the scheduling and service rendered for carpet cleaning & deodorizing. Dorrell was very courteous and thorough, and specifically paid attention to areas I told him to be more careful. Thank you Dorrell and Stanley Steemer for your service today 👍

I have a walkout basement that the kids (now adults) took over many years ago. I just cleared it out and Stanley Steemer did a remarkable job on the Berber rug and everything that was spilled over the last 15 years. I love Stanley Steemer. Now I need to figure out how to give props to Eugene, the guy who got it done 👍

Messiah and Brandon did an amazing job with our carpet and furniture cleaning. They are best and very professional.

What a tremendous job! Messiah and Will were amazing, my place sparkles! There were tough stains that they cleaned up entirely. Looks like new rugs. Additionally Messiah and Will were super courteous and helpful. I am so happy!

Darrell did an excellent job with all of our bedrooms. And the area rugs looked great! 👍

Excellent job by Messiah and Kai! Highly recommend

Stanley Steemer sent Scottie to re-clean my carpets a few days after my initial carpet cleaning since the areas under my sofas weren’t cleaned the first time and I especially wanted those sections cleaned. Not only did Scottie clean under the sofas, but he carpet cleaned both rooms again so the carpeting is now… Read full review
