Juan is an excellent technician. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He clearly explained all available options and gave expert advice. He did an excellent job of cleaning my floors and removed my area rugs for cleaning at the shop. I highly recommend them.

I placed an order for my Bedroom rug and my wood floors, got a quote for $159. Tec arrived on time, I showed him what needs to be done. I left for 10 minutes whole out he called said he was done. I assumed he completed the entire job, I paid him gave him a $20 tip, then I checked my wood floors and he only wood…

I was disappointed with the steam cleaning of my kitchen. First you need to use hot steaming water and really scrubbing. Second my price went up $100 with the kitchen island and the kitchen set because I had table and chairs in there. I'm so sorry but the guys were respectful and very nice.
