Today was the 1st time in many, many yrs that I used Stanley Steemer. I only have one carpeted room with an area rug, as all my floors are wood. Horrible Service experience. They argue for more money when details of job was discussed with customer service explicitly.
Juan and coworker were very professional and did a good Job!
Patrick was very professional. He cleaned an old rug that I really wasn’t sure if it could be done. Looks great! He moved my couch without help. I actually had an early Walmart delivery he helped bring in while here! Lol great guy! I would definitely recommend him! Will definitely have him back again.
The first guy who came out did a lousy job. He did not go from wall to wall. He only did the middle where the high traffic area is. I didn't notice until he left that all the corners were completely dry. Stanley Steemer sent out Hector the following day and he took his time and added stain remover, which the other…

Even though I am discouraged that Stanley Steemer recently increased its pricing, I decided to renew my contract because the technicians like Cesar are very good: communicative, careful and responsive. If the prices increase again, however, I will not renew.

Disappointed that rug didn’t come cleaner, but it was better. Had bathroom grout cleaned but a lot of tile came loose. Was more expensive than I thought. Technicians were very polite and explained things.
I’m a repeat customer
Ceaser and Lawerence did an excellent job on our carpet. They wore their masks and kept in compliance with social distancing. Caesar tried hard to sell me some of the specials. They were on time, professional and courteous. However output was average. Carpets dont look gr8 after the wash - many places patches remain. Carpets were not dry even after full 12 hrs. So not very impressed at the moment No action/ response despite multiple reminder on my complains.

Stanely Steemer is the best! Always on time and get the job done.
Service men did a good job with cleaning carpets . But left mess in my driveway from cleaning carpets dirt from rugs & material from rugs. Service men should have sprayed driveway with clean water from water hose.
