Big thank you to Ed and Dan for great customer service and a quick yet flawless service on our 12ft sectional. This is our second time using this Stanley Steemer and will be using them again in the future!
Excellent workmanship. Cesar and Caleb were great! Friendly, professional and explained everything that was going to be done. The carpet and sofa were a mess and they brought it back to life.
Eugene came to our home in central NJ and cleaned three of our carpeted rooms and one small couch. He was kind, very respectful, and did an incredible job. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the work he did. I would happily use Stanley Steamer again, and would recommend Eugene to anyone looking…
Both employees extremely professional , hard working , very friendly . If I didn’t use a competing company previously the carpets came out “ fine”, they are definitely cleaner than before and room smells fresh however very long dry time for carpets , the equipment doesn’t seem to give the carpets the “ like new “…
Was very pleased with tremendous job that Rondell, Brian and Lamar performed today Very professional and efficient Family is very pleased

Professional, to the point! Did an amazing job with our sofa! They Looks like new! Thank you both!
Messiah and his crew were on time and quick. They did a fantastic job. So personable and professional. I didn’t think anything could get the years of kids spilling food on the upholstery, but they did. My very old carpet looks good again, and my sectionals, after a few years of dog on them, look great.
Rhondel did a very professional job in cleaning our carpets. He was prompt and efficient and is a true asset of Stanley Steemer. Great job, Rhondel!
Gregory and Michael arrived on time, they were polite and friendly. We have an elderly cat that had accidents on our carpet and as much as we tried to get rid of the smell we could not. They went over those areas extra and I think they got rid of it. They were also very thorough cleaning our large sectional as well. I would highly recommend.
Caleb was great, professional and did a awesome job. made our couch look like new.

Juan with Stanley Steemer did a fantastic job this morning cleaning our couch and pillows as well as the bathroom floor - they both look brand new. I cannot believe how amazing the bathroom floor looks - no amount of scrubbing on my part could achieve these results. Juan was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and conscientious. Caleb was kind, professional, on time and a pleasure to work with. Our couch looks so refreshed. Very happy with our service!
Absolutely horrible. Would never book another appointment with this company. I needed to have my couch cleaned and they did absolutely none of the services I paid for. They told me the stains "couldn't be removed" and that they "wouldn't charge me," yet charged me $202. As you can see in the photos, what exactly did…
Eugene did a great job! Original service to just clean the surface of area rug but after speaking with the technician decided to send for overall cleaning at their shop. Since already here got sectional cleaned, deodorized and protect because of the light color.
Great experience. Caleb was very helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend and will use them again.

Cesar was great! Friendly! Punctual! Informative! Can’t say enough good things about the experience
The cleaning was done well. I took a couple of stars off because I was charged for the protection treatment of the couch but was not informed of it ahead of time. Not cool to have an additional $120 added to the bill afterwards. Ask to see the bill before they start a treatment.
Edmon and Brandon Were wonderful! They did a great job! Explained everything, in and out quickly and respectfully of my home. They were friendly and personable. I would highly recommend!
Caleb and Will were very professional and good at their trade. Caleb and Will made sure we were pleased with the chairs and carpet cleaning. I would not hesitate to hire them again. It was money well spent.

Eugene and Brandon did a great job! They were very knowledgeable and pleasant. Most importantly, they were honest about what cleaning should and should not have been done. We will have them back again.
Very courteous gentlemen. Treated my home with respect. Did a fabulous cleaning job. Very thorough. Did a couch loveseat and recliner and took approximately an hour. Maybe a little longer.
Excellent and professional service, very helpful and knowledgeable
Explained what they were doing. Very professional.
Technician was great! He was punctual, professional and caring. The company should consider improving on the process. Pre treatment must be more than simply spraying a solution. Scrubbing must be a part of the pre-treatment process. Company also must consider going over carpeted areas more than once. A better…
