Great job came in got to it and finished would recommend them to everybody
Outstanding service as usual!
(Issue Resolved. Pliers Returned.) The workers arrived on time and they were nice enough, but they didn't bring the tools they needed to do their job. They asked to borrow a set of pliers from me and I gave them some. They did their job well but they left with my pliers. I assume it was a simple mistake but I wanted…
The two young men were very professional and respectful. Their Moms 👩 should be proud, and their workplace was well represented in the way they spoke to me about the outcome of their work on my furniture .Some personnel would not have taken the time nor effort to explain.( my sofa 🛋 and chair was terribly soiled…
I am really pleased with the service I received because my carpet looks better than it did in months
Very satisfied, they were in and out. Very polite and professional.
Have used stanley steamer for 18 years in this home. If I could give them -5 stars, I would. Last week, 6/25/22 I had them come clean the stairs. Having always been satisfied with their work, I didn't look at the stairs when they left. My fault. After they left I found the stairs with black marks all up the stairs…
I had my tile and grout cleaned; I am very happy with the results.
The team was early. I will be using them each and everytime. Everything was explained prior to the start of service. Service was done promptly and a walk through prior to the completion of service.
My technicians were prompt, professional and easy to work with. My carpets look great and smell fresh. Thanks again!
Totally Satisfied.
The fellas were humorous and friendly. I will be using the service again.
The young men were enthusiastic, friendly overall likable people. I'm not sure if the equipment was unservicable or the young men did not have full grasp of it's usage. First floor was mediocre at best and the stairwell & hallway and bedrooms were 😞 disappointing .
Jeremy was timely and professional. He explained each service option clearly and did a great job. Great employee
