Great work, as always.
The young men were enthusiastic, friendly overall likable people. I'm not sure if the equipment was unservicable or the young men did not have full grasp of it's usage. First floor was mediocre at best and the stairwell & hallway and bedrooms were 😞 disappointing .
The workers did an excellent job. They were very courteous and helpful. I will definitely use them again
Very professional and polite, did a great job.
They arrived on time. Did a great job cleaning with good results. Disappointed with drying time. Three hours later with ceiling fans on and heat turned up, still wet.
The guys were great! Very cordial, friendly and organized.
I was extremely disappointed with today's service. I don't know if my expectations were too high considering this is a nationally known company, or they rushed to clean three rooms of carpet and the tile in my "Great Room" in less than a hour. Additionally, the company wanted to charge me an additional fee for the…
The team who provided service was very professional

Stanley Steemer in New Orleans is great! I had to use them twice recently - once to clean two recliners and again to clean two carpets. They were wonderful to deal with both times and I recommend them highly. They did a terrific job on every level.
Had them out to clean 3 br. staircase and living room (twice). End result was ok but the house smelled like kitty litter (I don't have cats). The smell begins the day after they leave and lasts 2 or 3 days. The carpets were very wet and took days to dry out - keep a shop wet/dry vac handy to vacuum up excess water.…
We had two rooms cleaned today by Nicholas Hall and Lyn Clark. They arrived in the window provided and called ahead when they were within 5 minutes of arrival. Very professional and good customer service. Didn’t hesitate to answer questions and good guys. Definitely saved us a ton of money instead of replacing…
They arrived early, did everything themselves, house smells great and carpet looks brand new!
Stanley Steamer did a great job on a very dirty carpet. Brandon and Drew were very professional and diligent workers. They worked me in from a cancellation.
Carnell McDowell and Dylan Wilson cleaned my carpet. The lead man (I forget which one) was exceptional. Very professional, courteous and a joy to be around!
We had an appointment scheduled for Monday morning and on Sunday we realized we had to cancel last minute for medical reasons. We called the main number and were surprised to have a live person answer. We figured there might be a problem or a fee for having to postpone our service request but the man on the phone…
Friendly but they only did a fair job. The carpet did not have the same fresh smell as in the past
Professional employees who treated my home as if it were there own. Highly recommend.
