Excellent work by Austin Neal. He is very professional and personable. He did an excellent job of cleaning our carpet and vinyl floors.

The team were efficient, professional and was able to assess area to perform service with no issues. Pet fur and smell, minor stains, and moldy smell all gone. They represent what any company would expect to satisfy a customer!

I think they did well with cleaning even though some stains couldn’t be removed. But I was annoyed that the service tech took my hose off and couldn’t re-connect it and left some wad of something in the driveway. Not a bad experience just the little things that I seen as a customer that could be improved on.

Ok so originally I gave Stanley Steamer a 3 star review. They have since made things right. So yes I changed review to five star and will use them again. Excellent service and professionalism. They showed up on time, quickly assessed the work load and went right to work. They did an excellent job and finished quickly. We would use SS again.

Matthew was amazing, as always. I wish everyone who works with the public had his personality. His work is always done with perfection. I hope he is my technician every time.

Both Joseph and Robert were Great. Professional and experienced technicians. Also the Job did not take long to complete and all stains, not many, were removed. Looks like New. Thank you on a job well done. Once the carpet drys, if l notice anything, I will surely let your company know.

Update. We just used Stanley Steemer again and we are thrilled. The guys were on time, friendly and professional. They did a great job. Eric and his partner did a good job and they did it quickly and efficiently. I will use them again and will definitely recommend them.

Matthew was great! He did a walk through with me and explained exactly what he was going to do. He is quick, effectiveness, and outstanding at his job.
