Excellent work by Austin Neal. He is very professional and personable. He did an excellent job of cleaning our carpet and vinyl floors.

The team were efficient, professional and was able to assess area to perform service with no issues. Pet fur and smell, minor stains, and moldy smell all gone. They represent what any company would expect to satisfy a customer!

I think they did well with cleaning even though some stains couldn’t be removed. But I was annoyed that the service tech took my hose off and couldn’t re-connect it and left some wad of something in the driveway. Not a bad experience just the little things that I seen as a customer that could be improved on.

Ok so originally I gave Stanley Steamer a 3 star review. They have since made things right. So yes I changed review to five star and will use them again. The two gentleman that came to clean my carpet and sectional sofa were very professional, personable and kind. My dog barked almost the whole time they were working and they didn’t mind at all. They were conversational and felt like friends by the time they had completed the job!

Cleaned carpet & tile. Sealed the tile & put protectant on the carpet. They did an amazing job. They were very professional, friendly, courteous. I will use them again when needed. Price was very reasonable.

Exceptional service. We had two guys come out to clean our dining chairs, living room furniture and area rug. Our dining room chairs came out better than expected. Very nice workers. We liked the service so much that we used them again for move out carpet cleaning.

I hired them to clean 4 rooms and i had a few spots that i was hoping to get cleaned as well. The spots are actually darker than before they started. I went over what i was trying to achieve and made sure that they had my number as i had to leave for an appointment. I never received a call from them telling me they couldn’t get the spots out.

Matt came & was able to get a large spot of melted red candle wax out of my living room carpet. He & his asst did an outstanding job. My carpet still looks great! Charlotte
