We have mixed reviews for Stanely Steamer. The first service tech that came to our home was Dominic. He was terrible. Wore earbuds, sang to the top of his lungs while walking through the house. We just purchased our home less than a month ago spent over $8000 to repaint the inside of our home entire inside of…
Good
Skylar did a fantastic job and was friendly and professional.
Elisha 100% exceeded our expectations on the carpet cleaning. Professional and friendly. Knowledgeable of the products and his job. Will definitely be requesting him to come do our tile and grout in the future. And he’s the first “stranger” to come to our property that our dog wasn’t barking at the whole time so, that was a plus lol!!
Steve did a fantastic job in my carpets that had not been cleaned in about 10 years.
He was on time polite, and it looks really really good
Very professional; Explained everything and great detail before starting the appointment; When finished everything was back in order and in place. Top-notch crew will never use anybody else but Stanley Steamer For steam cleaning needs at my home!!!
Mr. E. Crook Did a wonderful job very helpful did everything in a timely manner I must say he is a professional in your company and I appreciate you sending someone like that to my home.
Great service from a nice young man. He was prompt, very respectful, and courteous. He explained everything and checked with me to make sure I approved. When I told him he took much longer than the previous guy (It was like he was on a timeframe) who had cleaned my carpets, he simply stated he had been doing this a…

Skyler did a great job. He was very easy to work with and pleasant.
Had Elisha and Lance out today. They were very professional and did a full walk through to see everything that needed to be cleaned. They stopped after the second room which we were very grateful for as we just bought this home and pet urine start to smell which they warned us before they started as it might happen.…
Excellent technician , he provided all the details information.
Dominic and Dylan did an amazing job after my pet got sick on my carpet. I thought the stains weren’t going to come out, but to my surprise they got them out. 10/10 would recommend!
Jonah was fantastic! He explained everything to me first, then did exactly what he said he was going to do. My floors look fabulous, granted he just left and they are still wet, but from what I can see, I love. He worked non stop 3 hours, cleaning my carpets and all my tile flooring.
Dominic was awesome. He was kind, courteous, and got our 3 rooms done quickly but efficiently. He even got the dreaded slime out of one of the carpets!
We are incredibly happy with our service from Stanley Steamer. Jordan and Jonah arrived promptly within the time window, were professional and kind from beginning to end by explaining the process, my options, and not making feel embarrassed about the pet stains let by my elderly dog. They checked in throughout the…

Jordan and Elisha were very professional, helpful, and payed attention to detail. They did a great job cleaning and deodorizing my carpets.
Dominic was very professional, had a great attitude and worked very hard to make sure I was happy with the end result. He cleaned all my carpets, 2000sqft of hardwoods, all my bathrooms and color sealed two of them. I can’t say enough good things. It’s great to see people work hard at what they do.
Nicholas and James did a fantastic job with my carpet cleaning! They really paid attention to my concerns and even went over a couple of spots again to make sure everything looked perfect. Both were very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I truly appreciate the extra effort—highly recommend their service.
I had an amazing experience with Stanley Steemer! Very knowledgeable and friendly carpet cleaning tech with years of experience. Stanley Steemer got the annoying stain off of my light beige carpet and I’m happy. I will have my carpets cleaned more often with their 3 visit plan.
I honestly didn’t even want to have to write this review, but it’s just too many things that transpired that were just poor customer service. My overall experience with Stanley Steemer was extremely disappointing. Elisha and Ryan did a good job cleaning my carpet and floor but that was all negated with 1st, I was…

Joshua & James were excellent to work with. They got my carpets cleaned and smelling brand new.
