Great job at a reasonable price. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Easy to book service and the gentleman were very polite, professional, and quick. I had an area rug cleaned and they explained their process and even offered the option to take the rug off-site for a deeper clean. It wasn't in the budget this time, but now I know for next time! Thanks, guys!
Great customer service.

We are very pleased with the service we received.
First time using them and not very impressed. Showed up before the time selected and didn't get a heads up like the reminder email said.. Didn't take there time went through 4 rooms and a rug in 20 minutes. The rooms look like what they did before and only one has the nice lineds others usually leave. Not worth the price
The gentleman who came to complete my work order was on time, friendly and professional! I don’t have anything negative to say. From the online scheduling and the text messages letting me know when the technician was arriving the whole process was very smooth from beginning to end. I will definitely use Stanley Steamer for all my future needs!
Very good communications! Andy called me the day of cleaning to let me know when to expect the tech. Then received a text when the tech was on his way. The tech, Lewis, was professional and responsive. Quite capable. He even took a minute to say hi to my puppy. My puppy enjoyed the petting when the tech said…

He also pointed out some issues with the tile areas of our home and stayed to address the tile issues that same…
Very disappointed with my service. The crew was in and out in no time. They did not wear a mask. Carpets not clean, areas missed, and my outside water hose that they used was left laying unraveled in my driveway instead of rolled back up the way they found it.
Job well done, very respectful and hardworking. My carpet looks amazing.
