Easy to book an appointment, arrived in time-frame promised and my carpets look so clean. Jeremiah was very professional and knowledgeable.

All in all did a good job. Got job done in about 30-45 minutes. Unknown if miscommunication or not but missed a small walk in closet on one of the rooms.

Absolutely fantastic! I don’t normally do reviews, but this guy was outstanding. Not only did he get our carpets much cleaner than we anticipated possible, but he was super friendly, professional and speedy! I definitely recommend this company AND this particular gentleman.

The overall job was good but the master bedroom was done hurriedly and afterwards I noticed some stains and dark spots remaining on the carpet. For the price I paid I expected a more thorough cleaning. Update:They came again and redid the master bedroom free of charge. We finally saw a big difference. I'd definitely use this service again.

Tried to increase rate twice after he got here and almost doubled price! Still have stains on chairs and one in bedroom. He counted an extra chair, then left one chair not done-said his “meter” ran out! Didn’t tell me-I found it undone! Horrible experience!

Excellent job! Removed spots from carpet areas - looks like new. Also cleaned some upholstery and area rug. Will definitely use again.

The crew that came to my home were awesome. I asked questions before, during and after my service and they answered each one right there on the spot. They were respectful of my home. Once complete they asked if everything was to my satisfaction, which it was. They will continue to get my business.

First time using them and not very impressed. Showed up before the time selected and didn't get a heads up like the reminder email said.. Didn't take there time went through 4 rooms and a rug in 20 minutes. The rooms look like what they did before and only one has the nice lineds others usually leave. Not worth the price

I am very disappointed with the cleaning. My carpets still look the same as before the cleaning. I didn’t expect the carpet to look brand new again but did expect some of the high traffic areas to be cleaner. Arrived on time and the gentleman was very friendly. The price was a little high, $113.66 to be exact, but it was worth it. Last thing, I called Monday and they made an appointment for me on Tuesday between 12 and 3. Waited too long to have my carpet cleaned! The traffic paths came out clean considering the ground in dirt and wear. Stains that we've had for years actually came out! The service provider did a good job of explaining the process as he was doing it. We will definitely use them on a regular basis.

We had our tile floors cleaned and sealed and 3 rooms of carpet cleaned. The service technicians were thorough and did an excellent job in all areas. We are very pleased with the results and plan to have our floors regularly maintained by Stanley Steemer.

Jeremiah was absolutely outstanding. I have used Stanley Steemer a few times since being in Texas but today’s service was a step above. He removed stains on the carpet that past technicians were unable to. Very happy with today’s service.

Employee rushed on cleaning my carpet was definitely not worth the money I paid literally only took him 15min to clean 1 room a hallway and staircase he should have took more time and I had to have him re clean spots he rushed over would not recommend
