We are so happy with our service! Jeremiah was fantastic - friendly, professional and did a very thorough job. Our light-colored couch had lots of dirty spots from kids and pets, and it looks brand new!
I highly recommend this company. This is the 2nd time I have used them. Each time they are friendly, knowledgeable and leave my carpets looking soooo much better!
Easy to book an appointment, arrived in time-frame promised and my carpets look so clean. Jeremiah was very professional and knowledgeable.
All in all did a good job. Got job done in about 30-45 minutes. Unknown if miscommunication or not but missed a small walk in closet on one of the rooms.
I ordered a living room, bedroom and hall to be cleaned ( "3" rooms). Turns out the living room is too large and I should be charged for 2 rooms for that space - I was not told this by the person on the phone. Technician did not charge me extra. He did not move any furniture. Before we moved to Texas and I used…
Absolutely fantastic! I don’t normally do reviews, but this guy was outstanding. Not only did he get our carpets much cleaner than we anticipated possible, but he was super friendly, professional and speedy! I definitely recommend this company AND this particular gentleman.

The overall job was good but the master bedroom was done hurriedly and afterwards I noticed some stains and dark spots remaining on the carpet. For the price I paid I expected a more thorough cleaning. Update:They came again and redid the master bedroom free of charge. We finally saw a big difference. I'd definitely use this service again.
Marcel was great! Definitely use them again!
Very professional and kept me informed on what they were doing.. will definitely use again in the future. Carpet looks new

Charles did an amazing job getting doggie squat spots out of my lightly colored carpet, was not expecting it to look as great as it does!
Guys did a great job, fast, friendly and professional.
I was amazed at how the carpets came out. Extremely pleased! Will use again! Thanks
Very friendly and helpful. Explained what was being done and was told what the price would be before servicing, which was very much appreciated. Good job.
Better results than any company I’ve ever used! I have worked with multiple other companies in the past and none have lived up to the results or experience that I’ve received with Stanley Steemer! They have cleaned the grout on my tile and made it look like a completely different floor, cleaned rugs, couches,…
Great service, great communication, showed up on time - what more could you want? Highly recommend them!
The guys that came did an excellent job in a very professional manner. They came within the window specified and did the job quickly and efficiently. Best money spent to make me feel fresh and clean for the holidays!

They did a great job very professional
They arrived on time cleaned two rooms they were amazing. I will be recommending them to others
Tried to increase rate twice after he got here and almost doubled price! Still have stains on chairs and one in bedroom. He counted an extra chair, then left one chair not done-said his “meter” ran out! Didn’t tell me-I found it undone! Horrible experience!
Excellent job! Removed spots from carpet areas - looks like new. Also cleaned some upholstery and area rug. Will definitely use again.

Tony did a fabulous job, was polite and friendly. Definitely a credit for Stanley Steemer company.
Professional staff that immediately went to work and got the job done expeditiously. Staff noticed my worn out door mat and offered me one of their rugs they were selling with a life-time warranty replacement. I was very satisfied with their service and care given to my home.
We are very pleased with the service we received.
Very experienced, professional and knowledgeable. Will use again for carpet cleaning.
Technicians very professional and did a great job of cleaning problem areas.
Technician Marcel was amazing! He cleaned everything very well. Marcel was professional and dedicated to doing an exceptional job! I'm impressed with his work ethic and wonderful attitude.
The crew that came to my home were awesome. I asked questions before, during and after my service and they answered each one right there on the spot. They were respectful of my home. Once complete they asked if everything was to my satisfaction, which it was. They will continue to get my business.
They do quality work my carpets always loom great.
As soon as the technician arrived he started being rude. He let me know he didn’t want to waste any time. I showed him the rooms I wanted cleaned. One of them had some ink stains which he assured me could not be removed. I agree to have him clean the carpet anyway. I told him that I was going to move my things out…
First time using them and not very impressed. Showed up before the time selected and didn't get a heads up like the reminder email said.. Didn't take there time went through 4 rooms and a rug in 20 minutes. The rooms look like what they did before and only one has the nice lineds others usually leave. Not worth the price
I am very disappointed with the cleaning. My carpets still look the same as before the cleaning. I didn’t expect the carpet to look brand new again but did expect some of the high traffic areas to be cleaner. I will not use this company ever again and would definitely not recommend them. *UPDATE* They sent different…
Arrived on time and the gentleman was very friendly. The price was a little high, $113.66 to be exact, but it was worth it. Last thing, I called Monday and they made an appointment for me on Tuesday between 12 and 3. I was so happy someone answered because other cleaning companies would not pick up or were focused…
The gentleman that came to my house today at 5003 Lakeshore Dr. in Killeen Texas was very professional and very efficient and friendly. He made today’s experience a very pleasant one
Waited too long to have my carpet cleaned! The traffic paths came out clean considering the ground in dirt and wear. Stains that we've had for years actually came out! The service provider did a good job of explaining the process as he was doing it. We will definitely use them on a regular basis.
Very good communications! Andy called me the day of cleaning to let me know when to expect the tech. Then received a text when the tech was on his way. The tech, Lewis, was professional and responsive. Quite capable. He even took a minute to say hi to my puppy. My puppy enjoyed the petting when the tech said…
The carpet is now spotless. The room is now fresh smelling. I thought the condition was hopeless but decided to get Stanley Steamer to come in, knowing that if they couldn't help I would be paying for new carpet let alone losing my rental deposit. The problem was house-breaking not one but two new puppies. You…

We had our tile floors cleaned and sealed and 3 rooms of carpet cleaned. The service technicians were thorough and did an excellent job in all areas. We are very pleased with the results and plan to have our floors regularly maintained by Stanley Steemer.
Jeremiah was absolutely outstanding. I have used Stanley Steemer a few times since being in Texas but today’s service was a step above. He removed stains on the carpet that past technicians were unable to. Very happy with today’s service.
It was a very good experience...Jeremiah was very kind and was able to clean very well the spots I was concerned about. Thank you
Employee rushed on cleaning my carpet was definitely not worth the money I paid literally only took him 15min to clean 1 room a hallway and staircase he should have took more time and I had to have him re clean spots he rushed over would not recommend

I think the guy that cleaned my carpets in my house today was new and his trainer stayed outside. The new guy was named Marcel and he was AWESOME!!!! Very, very safety minded during these terrible times! Gloves, mask, shoe covers!!! Made sure to come and get me to make sure he had done everything I asked!!! Told me…
The crew of 2 showed up on time, were friendly and courteous. They wore masks and did their job quickly but thoroughly. I'd definitely recommend them.
